This review is for the eye exam. Dr. Kelly Nguyen did the eye exam and she was great. She explained me everything while doing the test so that I am aware of it. She was very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this doctor for eye exam.
The staff at the eye exam were cool and fun as well.

Same as others, wait time is crazy. Another thing that happened was the employee wasn't helpful. We were looking for glasses for both me and my wife, and have VSP insurance. She found my insurance but not my wife's. We had just got eyes checked up there few mins before and they found right insurance.
We had to go to Livermore Costco to get my wife's glasses. The people there are more helpful also wait times are less.

The costumer service is great! Both ladies and doctor are great..but the glasses I got are soo cheaply made (ray bans) and are defective..I have gone back about three times and they havent fixed them..the first time they were super wide and one of the arms fell off ..they are not even fitter right I have to push in one side thru my ear because they didnt do it right..I paid about 150 for these glasses and it seems that they dont really want to fix them..I called and asked and they said that I'd there were defective I would take somewhere else to fix

Totally awesome experience! I really like the personal touch you get when you visit Dr. Sim. I don’t feel like I’m put through an assembly line when I come here for my eye exam. Dr. Sim goes in-depth into the state of your eyes at all levels. Dr. Sim is so friendly, polite, patient, considerate, and truly professional. Dr. Sim is definitely the best optometrist I have ever met in my life.
During the pandemic, I really appreciated them taking steps to maintain a low in-store capacity, ensuring everyone wears masks at all times, and wiping down optical equipment between each exam.
Last of all, I couldn’t ask for a better glasses frame shopping experience. Ariadna is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process from selecting the right frame and optical lenses to the best pricing.
Thank you so much Dr. Sim and Ariadna for your excellent service!! I will definitely be back and strongly recommend you guys to everyone!

I absolutely love this place! I have been going here for the past 5+ years for all my eye exams. Dr. Llanera is awesome and the rest of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. They are usually available to see me on short notice, which is great! They're usually open for appointments in the afternoons so I don't need to take a day off of work. The one pair of glasses I purchased here weren't that great so I typically just order glasses online from another retailer who takes my insurance and has better prices and more frame options. The Optometry center is awesome for exams, but you can get a better selection of frames online.

So Dr Pope retired and I wasn’t certain what I’d do after 30 years under his care. Decided to make an appt with his partner, who actually bought the practiced from him several years ago. THAT WAS THE CORRECT MOVE! Dr Z is fantastic! She’s personable, professional, had read my records before I arrived, didn’t rush me and gave my eyes a thorough exam. When I explained my current vision challenges, she offered solutions and we agreed on a plan of action. By the time I left, I felt like I’d known her for years. I live in Roseville now, and she’s definitely worth the drive. Try her. Excellent!

I have now twice needed copies of my prescription for my work. I have had to call them 4 times in each of the times to try and get the prescription and it never comes to me. They say they called me about it, but I don't believe that. Anyone who has a cell phone knows they track calls coming in or out. And no record found. I don't like being lied to by a business I'm working with.
And I am still trying to get my most recent prescription. After this, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

This place is awful! My 2nd post op appointment was scheduled for 9/29/23 @ 8:45 A.M I arrived at 8:40 with only one parking spot available. It seems all the cars in the parking lot were the employees. I then come to find out the office opens at 9:00 A.M. there are two other patients waiting outside of the building for the office to open. I ended up leaving as I don’t want to wait 2 hours for a 5 minute assessment and went to work. Very unhappy with this place!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is racist. If you are not Armenian the women in the front will treat you like a second class citizen. You are not a priority if your last name doesn’t end with ian or yan. I’ve been needing a biopsy and have waited a month for authorizations to be submitted. The process was never initiated! Please do not go here. Save yourself the headache, and the potential detriment caused to your health.

I had my eye examination in October 2021 and only got my billing statement in February 2022 in the amount of $40.00 only. I immediately mailed back the portion of the letter with my debit card details to the address stated in the billing statement. But after a few weeks, the mail was returned to me. I tried to contact them but I can't be connected. After a few days, I received again a billing statement with the same address and amount. I decided to just write a check and mailed it back to them. After 2 months of waiting tor them to deposit the check, someone called me to inform me about my bill that hasn't been paid. I told the person that the I've already sent twice, the first was returned to me and the second, I know what happened and that when he said that the clinic already transferred to another location. I told him that I would pay them as soon as I get back the other mail since I don't want that my check would be deposited twice. He said he understand. On July 29, 2022, I received a letter coming from a collection agency asking for me to pay the $40 plus $4.00+ interest. I tried to call the clinic today Monday morning to get some clarification about the issue but the receptionist said that she doesn't know what I was talking about so asked for the billing department and she said the clinic doesn't have a billing department since their billing accounts are being done by an outside billing company. I requested that I want to get the contact number of the billing company but she said, she doesn't know it. I told that she should know it and was still explaining my side when she rudely hang up the phone while I'm in the middle of the sentence. She was just so rude and unprofessional without an iota of concern and respect. I was their patient for so many years and yet she treated me unfairly. I would ask my PCP not to send me again to that clinic. I wouldn't recommend this clinic at all.
