My entire family goes to Gateway. Dr. Hunter is very knowledgeable and works with each person with care. The staff are helpful and positive. Best eye care center I have been with.

Doctor gave me the wrong prescription all along and they me treated like I didn't know what I was talking about or that I was lying after rechecking my glasses and changing my prescription twice those girls in front they never actually let me see the doctor at all but instead tried to fix the problem themselves which was very confusing unprofessional in frustrating anyway it took me going to a whole another practice to actually see the doctor and get the correct prescription in the end!! I usually never ever had any problems in the pass with Walmart vision centers except for this one lol

Today's appointment with Dr Grichin was a the best! Why? Well, she's personable, highly intelligent and fun! She takes extra time and really cares about your needs. She said she finds her job more rewarding with each patient visit. The front desk checkin process was smooth and the Doc's assistant was quick and effecient in the preliminary testing, and so cheerful too! I highly recommend Advance Eyecare. I want to add that Esther in the order/fitting department was knowledgable and as sweet as can be...what a blessing! Such a professional team!!! Lisa

I did not have a good experience unfortunately. I have been to LensCrafters three times in the past week. My first appointment was good until the eye Dr and a computer glitch. I had to go back the next day for my glasses and trial contacts. I was given the wrong left contact. Keep in mind I haven’t signed anything like you’re supposed to. I have also spent over $600. I then go back again to complete the exam with a different virtual Dr. My trial contacts are okay, not sure about my left one but will give them more time today. My glasses should be in soon and hopefully they will be okay. I was assured they would be. I’m disappointed because I felt like I was splurging going to LensCrafters. I thought I was going to the best. Now I just feel like I’ll go someplace else next time. At the very least I should have been offered more than a $50 discount that I was offered. The 5 hours I gave up over the course of three appointments was unacceptable

New lens that had very little change. They wasn't made correctly and were scratched. So waited another week and a half. Again not made correctly. So I'm waiting Again for my new glasses. The ladies helping me were plasent and apologized.

I have read other reviews, I can’t believe the negative people writing them. My experience was wonderful!! The people working there are very helpful and courteous. My glasses where fitted for my comfort, and adjusted. I would recommend COSTCO for anyone looking for glasses. The Fredericksburg store has smiling faces waiting to help you!!

Dr. Heitmeiere is one of the BEST eye Dr.s There is , he's very Thorough, Caring , Compassionate ,he cares about his patients and their eyes . I couldn't have Asked for a better eye Dr. To take care of my glaucoma and my eye sight . 5 stards aren't enough for this man ,he deserves more than 5 stars . Absolutely Preferred! I’ve been going to Dr. Adrian for over 10yrs now and her and her staff have always taken exceptional care of me. It’s in and out. Never a long wait. Very professional!
