The place is clean big. However, Dr. Allan C. Drexl, poke my eyes, twice, almost intentional. I was just there to get my eye exam and to get glasses'. When Dr. Allan put drops on my eyes, he poke my eye with the dropper. My eye hurts for 4 days and hopefully not injured. The staff are great and I love my glasses.

Horrible customer service and money hungry. They want to charge you additional fees besides what Medi-Cal/Medicare pays them and they want money for everything. Your records, mailing, ... and double and triple charge, not the regulat 25 cent per pag. They don't care about their patients much. Just money money money. I am glad we don't have to deal with them anymore.

Michelle has assisted us for the past couple months. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has gone above to assist us whenever we have questions. We look forward to seeing her at each visit. She is an amazing health care worker to Glendale Eye practice! Please thank her for us!

I recently had the best experience at this office (of Dr Yomtoob) for my cataract condition and surgeries. He helped me understand the procedure and the way he chooses to operate. What a welcome relief. His whole office is outstanding. They treat everyone who walks into his office like family & everyone matters. It is the best medical office for my care. My husband used him too and agrees! Dr Yomtoob is great and his office is wonderful!

The front office staff is beyond AMAZING (Sandra & Karina, I'm talking about you)! They are so kind, caring, helpful, friendly & understanding. Sarah (checks the insurance) was so patient in dealing with my crazy insurance & the medical staff is top notch & again, kind, caring & friendly. This was the best experience in dealing with a new providers office. We will recommend them to everyone!

Upon walking in the door to leaving the office, the staff was extremely friendly and warm. As a new patient, they were helpful. I ended up being late due to an accident in the parking lot. They reassured me that this would not be a problem and not to rush. It is so refreshing to find a doctor's office like this. Dr. Yomtoob was attentive and knowledgeable.

After my visit to the Optometrist, I was referred to Dr James Boyce, an Opthalmologist at Orange County Ophthalmology in Garden Grove, CA. I have nothing but outstanding feedback for the practice and particularly, for Dr. Boyce. Not only was he highly-skilled, he was also very compassionate and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Boyce to anyone seeking a top-notch Ophthalmologist.

Too many people schedule at the same time for just 2 Doctor. We have been waiting for 30 minutes for front desk to ask for insurance info and that is just for the info, I don't even want to think how much time to get seem by the ophthalmology

They overbook the patient. If you go here, the wait time is at least 2- 4 hours.

2 lady in front desk are so rude with the old patient. Bad service
