Emelie was great. She was professional and courteous. When I was confused about what next steps to take in order to diagnose an issue I am experiencing, she patiently explained until I understood the situation and felt comfortable moving forward.

my wife went here and says they were very personable and professional . Able to explain everything so she could understand.Great staff and dr Burgess was excellant.Very capable and accommodating. Highly recommended.Office had all the bells and whistles.

I'm in my 70s and I followed my excellent childhood optometrist to Family Eye Care Assoc. He has long since retired and now I have outlasted another doctor there who has more recently retired. I have always gotten excellent care here and I plan to stick with them. I don't think I can outlast my current doctor as he is much younger than I, lol.

Awesome experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The glasses selection is pretty nice and they have reasonable prices to meet a variety of needs. I enjoyed my experience and feel confident in Dr Peter assisting me with my vision needs.

I really like my eye doctor, the tech they have, and the supporting staff. Would recommend it to others. Parking is easy in the small streets around.

Had to go back several times because my glasses were not right. When you have a problem you have schedule an appointment with optometry and then they recommend a Doctor visit. If you work for a living don’t go here. Unless you want to miss work several times. I will be using another establishment.

I am writing this review as I wait with my grandmother for over and 11/2 hours and still counting (Appointment was scheduled for 2:40pm) and we got here early to fill paper work at 2:25pm . You walk in and you are greeted, by a very professional staff . Since this is the first time taking my grandmother, I figured it would take a little longer for intake but we were referred and all her records were forwarded. The Nurse is great very nice and takes time listening . Still waiting to see the Doctor. Update!!! It is 4:20 now just seeing the Doctor . Dr had several emergencies It is a Monday . He is very nice , very knowledgeable and takes his time listening. Would recommend. He thoroughly examined my grandmothers eyes

I was trying to find a new optometrist amongst a large selection. I was impressed with this office because they actually had a website, the website was organized and thorough and there was a great bio on each of the optometrists in the office. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. This was the best experience I've ever had with an Optometry Office and in getting my eyes tested. They take their time, they have great eyewear selection and they are not like pushy salesman. I plan on continuing to patronage this office for the foreseeable future and I highly recommend. Update: Dear Dr Kao et al: I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever picked up a pair of prescription eye glasses that were perfect. Your office has been gracious, accommodating and professional and I'm so happy to have found your practice. I can see so clearly! My husband and I have both been referred here by our primary care eye doctors. Dr. McCarty is always kind, patient and explains everything he's doing.
