Dr Tolentino office staff is very professional and Dr Tolentino is vey compassionate, intelligent and honest in his dealings with my infirmities. We are so Blessed to have him in Lakeland.

I originally saw Dr. Sakhalkar in March 2021 under emergency conditions...she immediately moved to get me to a Retina Specialists in an effort to save my eye sight which was restored and I call my miracle. I am now seeing her again due to my doctor being ill and she again took extremely good care of my eye need. She is wonderful and I feel grateful having her involved in my medical needs. Gene

Update from 1 to 4 stars: I did receive a call from their customer relations department WITHOUT requesting one! Simone made an appointment for me and provided a resolution as well. I am hopeful that they are taking reviews into consideration and hopefully providing training and coaching to their staff. Thank you Simone. Previous Review: This used to be my go to place for years.. little by little getting worse over the last two-three years or so. I get emails telling me it's time to book an appointment. Their website always says appointments for all doctors is not available and says to call. You call and they NEVER answer. I should not have to drive and stop in just to make an appointment like I did last year, not sure why I thought this year would be different. Customer service is not their priority. I have officially moved my family to a new provider and won't ever be back.

They are so nice and helpful - very reasonalble pricing and good service - I ordered three glasses already and am very satisfied.

The entire staff and Dr.Chiang were wonderful! I would recommend this doctor office to anyone looking for a welcoming and professionally run office with an outstanding eyecare experience.

He is the best!!! I really like his style. He explains things so perfect and answers your questions honestly. I give him 20 Stars He’s never in a hurry and makes you feel like he genuinely cares, and his staff are very well informed and trained.There’s no one like him!!

Dr. Kievel was recommended to me by my opthamologist as well as a girlfriend who has used him. He did cataract surgery on both my eyes. He listened to my goals for the outcome and tailored my lenses just for me. I had no trouble with either surgery and the outcome was fantastic! He took the time to explain things and his quietly confident manner gives me absolute faith in his abilities. I trust him completely with my eyes!

Not having met Dr. Hart before, I found him to be thorough in his explanation of what my options were regarding surgery for my eyes. His explanations were easy to understand and he made sure I was comfortable with my decisions before I left his office. I would recommend that he get his website updated. The procedure I was looking for was not listed on his website and I had to wait and hear about it from Dr. Hart. Also the forms I had to fill out before my appointment were tough to fill out because the space provided for answers was very small. I would recommend making the forms available online in .PDF form or filling them out at the office with some sort of tablet or small computer that gives you more room to fill in your answers.

Went to Target Optical looking at frames and Lizbeth waited on me. She was very professional and knowledgeable, didn't rush me at all. I'm extremely satisfied with my customer service, I wish I could give her more stars!!! She has such a lovely personality!!!
