Very accommodating and charged me reasonable amount without insurance. Front staff is kind and polite. Would recommend to anyone for sure.

I had very positive experience at Silicon Valley Eye Physicians for my dry eye problem. A patient recommended this place in Little Red Book. I am so glad I came. This place is clean, bright and has modern decoration. I was first welcomed and checked in by the front desk. They had a nice portal for new patient intake which is much better than filling out 10 pages of paper forms. I only waited for 5 mins. Rachel picked me up and ran a few dry eye related exams for me. She was super patient and gentle, clearly explained every step. After a thorough exam, Dr. Wu came and did a few more tests and asked me many questions before he gave me detailed treatment plan. He recommended starting with home therapies to see if symptoms improve. I received a email with everything I need to know later that day from Rachel. I really appreciate the effort they put into every detail to make an eye appointment as satisfying as dining in a Michelin restaurant.

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Johnson listens carefully to all my questions and she has helped me in the past for emergency visits by fitting me in the day of my issue. When my son was young and I brought him to see Dr. Johnson, she was very engaging with him and he felt comfortable coming into the office. She always remembered his interests. I am very happy with Silicon Valley Eye Physicians.

I have a very high deductible health insurance. When a tree branch hit me in the eye I knew I would need an antibiotic. If I went thru my health insurance plan I would have to pay 900 dollars to see an doctor and get a prescription. When I called Dr Chan he agreed to see me, wrote the prescription and really helped me out in my time of need. His charge was very affordable. THANKS!

Ann at the front desk very tentative and friendly. Dr Harry Chan is very thorough with exam and doesn’t pressure you to get glasses from their office. They provided me with my prescription with no questions asked. I recommend friends and family.

Doctors are very easy to talk to. They take the time to explain something you don't quite understand. They also provide options given your situation. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great service. The doctor I saw was super nice, and she took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Buying my glasses, I really felt like they were working to help me find a pair to match my style, and not trying to upsell me. And their warranty was awesome. Location is so-so, but overall, this is where I'm going from now on.

Dr. Cohn did a great job with my LASIK. I felt very easy and was taken care after the surgery. I would highly recommend him.

I would have given 5 stars for Dr. Cohn. They don't answer calls, and seldom return calls. So to reach them, you have to go to their office. What good is it if the doctor is hard to reach? The staff gave me the wrong address for the surgery center.
