I like this place very friendly people and good selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. The front desk ladies are amazing and take their time to help you out. You don't feel rushed or forced.

The best experience with America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, from the beginning of my exam to when I pick my frame and lenses.The staff was great. The manager Kim, was attentive and made sure my glasses was a good fit on my face, but also comfortable. Lily & Sebastian help me choose a great pair of glasses, you can tell the experience they have by helping me pick a great pair frame and lenses, not only are they light on my face , but also feels comfortable, and they look great . I feel very confident with the choice of glasses I received.Thank you for the wonderful service, and lovely experience.

*update went to another branch no questions asked processed headache free. Don't waste your time at this branch, I had placed an order at a different branch came to make swap because they don't fit right. They first said we can't do it go back yo where you bought it. When I asked to speak with manager the manager kept insisting adjustments. Then she said it's been like 32 days not from when I picked it up but from when I ordered she was just looking for way out. I think it affects the store or her somehow not right to sacrifice customers over personal gain.

I went to store to fix my sunglasses twice. Jamie, the assistant manager, has been gracefully generous to offer me best customer service . He made customer feel comfortable and would like to refer friends to come here for any need for glassware. Again , I had another five star experience at this store dated Oct 20, 2023. The following was posted in April 2023: “Kim is awesome for customer service ! Dr. Tai did a great job for eye exam and is very patient in explaining what I need for reading and driving glasses. I had a five star experience here!”

Good Costumer service and Dr very nice and profesional

Great customer service! The staff was attentive. The optometrist did a great job with my prescription and was really nice and friendly. Had lots of help when looking at glasses and there was no pressure to buy. Ordered sunglasses as well. Great all around experience.

Refused to release my prescription for an online contact order I made. Stated I had not paid the $50 fitting fee during my exam. Yet I was able to purchase contacts from them just fine. I was told I'd either have to pay the fee to have my prescription released or buy from them. I paid and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Frequent at your own risk.
