Great service for a family member by Dr. Ng! She did a great job within the Covid-operating protocols — screenings, temperature check, etc. She took most insurance plans for optometry services. Located within the Walmart store and next to Walmart’s optometry section. Appointments are required and need to be made in advance!

Be aware of (hidden) no-show etc. charges.

Our family has been seeing Dr Chatwani for years. We love her office, everything is up to date, staff is very personable and the customer service is on point. Best of all Dr Chatwani always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best care. I highly highly recommend this office.

ok. It is an adequate clinic I suppose.

I was in a rush. They booked me even though it was after hours. And took care of me quickly. Had to wait for my contacts to be ordered. They arrived promptly and I was notified the same day. I didn’t pick them up till like a month later because they gave me some spares. Had a great no hassle experience. Would recommend to anyone who does not want to spend hours listening to the doctor scold you about taking care of your eyes and wants an in and out experience.

I have been here many years and I always have pleasant experiences. They have lots of frame selection and many brand name frames. They are nice to customers and offer free tea and coffee in waiting area. Even kids have many toys to play and get free sticker and treats. I don’t have insurance but they give me discount and help me fix glasses. My husband’s eyes are not very good but doctor has been very nice and caring for many years. I know the doctor is also involved with charity and out-reach service and help people with vision needs. They are very caring store. This This just my personal opinion. Thank You.

Staffs hired in the front are lacking of professional knowledge. They also do not really follow up with costumer’s concern with poor costumer service. Poor team communication within the office due to poor documentation, so they really could not follow up with you in you come back on a different day. I regretted coming here for my optical service, and I recommend Dr. Lin to hire professional staffs to improve the professionalism at the office, otherwise I don’t recommend this place at all.
