Just called and the woman asked me if I want to go to any other offices, and that was her first question for the first call customer like me. I told her I am in Santa Clara. But the lady insisted to switch me to the San Leandro office which is a lot farther than Fremont from where I am. She did not even give me a chance to ask and I was already switched to another blind line which was ringing and then hung up without even giving me a chance to leave a message. She just wanted to kick you out to other offices without saying the reason. These are blunt, hush, and crazy people working here. What do you expect for your eye treatment here???

I was in Dr. Hundal's office for 2 hours for my mom who is 94 years old. Lots of people were there, employees sounded rude. Dr. Hundal left office without seeing my mom. No one had a answer what is going on. The office employees told me the other doctor is going to see her but we waited another half hour but no doctor came. This is the 1st experience I had where we left without seeing and did not make another appointment. In my opinion this office has no resepect for ther patients. Doctor should make sure if all his patients were seen.

I got the worst-ever experience in making an appointment with this clinic. I call them and the front desk put me on hold without explaining anything. After waiting for 30+ min, i hanged up and called again and the same thing happened. On the 2nd day I called again, I complained my experience. The front desk was one of the rudest front desk I have ever talked to: she was impatient and refused to accept the complaint and refused to tell me her name and then hanged up. I think the clinic should take the professionalism of the front desk seriously. Otherwise, the fame of the clinic risks of damage and also causing a lot of trouble for patients. Reply to the owner: First of all, if the receptionist was polite, there was no reason I got angry because I was referred there. What you described is impossible to happen if you were me at that time. You better ask what the receptionist talked to me over the phone. To be honest, I have never talked to a ruder receptionist than her before. She even hanged up my phone before I finished my word. That receptionist is a shame for your office and should be fired.

THE WORST OPHTHALMOLOGIST YOU CAN EVER GO TO!! I wish I could do negative star reviews. My grandpa got eye cataract surgery due to some floaters in his eye and Dr.Hundal said this surgery would fix it. little did we know a 15 minute surgery turned into a 4 hours of chaos and anxiety. He ended up bleeding from his eye and we found out Dr.Hundal pinned him down and took out his lenses. My grandpa could no longer see in that eye and he was in terrible pain. For the next few days he started to bleed from his eye which scared all of us. He got another surgery to try to fix Dr.Hundal’s mistake and try stop the bleeding. The surgery was fine but now my grandpa has developed retina detachment. All this has happened just from a careless mistake from Dr.Hundal. Dr.Hundal even said he had never seen this in his 30 years of being an ophthalmologist but, my friend’s father had this same problem and the surgery was done by the infamous Dr.Hundal. I want to warn everyone out there not to go to him! Save your eyes!!

I had cataract surgery done by Dr. Sheh a few years ago. I am so glad I did, I now have no need for glasses. She is excellent!

Dr. Andersen preformed cataract surgery on me April 18 and May 2,2023. He is a excellent doctor. He takes time to explain the process and makes you feel comfortable. My surgery has turned out excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Andersen for any eye condition.

He is a good doctor but his office is always behind by 1 to 2 hrs. Complained about it but the front desk lady said even if I set an appointment on May 2023, they are still behind by 2 hrs. She said that they are under staff and over booked because they need to keep the office afloat.

I have been seeing Dr.Anderson since 2013 for glaucoma for both eyes. He is very knowledgeable and his office is highly professional.

Service is good but be prepared to wait for long time even with a confirmed appointment. I have visited the ophthalmology department only. No experience about optical department. Both are on second floor. Inside the building is very neat and clean. Plenty of space for seating in the waiting area. Overall the building is In convenient location. It’s very easy to find. There are drop off box for your old/used eyeglasses and hearing aids at the building entrance. Little difficult to find a parking but valet parking services available.
