Very bad service

I was provided with excellent customer service. Although I did not end up purchasing glasses the team members that assisted me were very kind and welcoming, and answered all of my questions. It is so hard to find great customer service these days and wanted to make sure this team knows I appreciate them! Thank you!

Very clean vision center! They made sure to clean all the frames that i touched so i felt safe trying frames on. Maria and Heidi helped me choose the Best frames fit for me and gave me their honest opinions!

I went in to get my glasses adjusted because the last place I went to didn't want to adjust it for me but when I went to this Walmart they helped me in 5 min! Super friendly staff I am definitely coming in to buy my new glasses there once I get a new prescription!👍👍👍 …

I always have a great experience at this location & the employees are extremely helpful & polite. Angelica is outstanding! She always does her best to handle the department with care & concern. I actually drive out of my way to shop at this vision center, because of the employees & their continuous ways in helping their customers.

I recently went to get a new pair of glasses and one of my friends recommended me to go here because of good pricing and customer service. The manager Angelica was the one who was helping me and she made the experience so pleasant as she was so kind and helpful. She explained everything to me in a through way and I got to order my glasses with ease.

The nice folks at the Osgood Walmart Pharmacy were extremely helpful and professional. They explained step by step the entire process for my safety glasses and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended and would definitely go back there in the future.

Yesterday, 11/30/2023 was my first BARA office visit. I was very impressed with the staff’s service and/or performance. Everyone in this office, from the front desk personnel to the doctor (Dr. Rancid), performed their respective duties in an excellent manner plus they’re friendly yet highly professional. Kudos to BARA Fremont!

The Older lady with white hair has such a horrible attitude!! I was shocked! I had to bring my kid in for an appointment and she kept making rude comments and looking at us as we were criminals. I was extremely disappointed!! She should not be working there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just called and the woman asked me if I want to go to any other offices, and that was her first question for the first call customer like me. I told her I am in Santa Clara. But the lady insisted to switch me to the San Leandro office which is a lot farther than Fremont from where I am. She did not even give me a chance to ask and I was already switched to another blind line which was ringing and then hung up without even giving me a chance to leave a message. She just wanted to kick you out to other offices without saying the reason. These are blunt, hush, and crazy people working here. What do you expect for your eye treatment here???
