Dr Butler is very courteous and kind and gives a very thorough exam and explains everything. I have amblyopia in my right eye and get very nervous merging right when driving because of the limited vision in the right eye so he gave me a prescription for the amblyopic eye that will help with peripheral vision in the amblyopic eye and is different than the left eye prescription. I have not been offered this duel prescription before and am happy about it. Also getting an appointment is simple, VSP has this doctor and the staff is good too I will use this Dr for my annual exam

Everyone is so courteous and polite. Taking time with you. Not rushing you. Providing professional services in a timely manner. Supplying the necessary details regarding your condition in understandable language as well as promptly answering all your questions. I have been with them since the summer of 2021. All my doctors have been great. In speaking with other clients I've not gotten a bad report. Thank you. I appreciate the care you provide. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only are their frames over priced and their salesmen extremely pushy, they tried to swindle me out of my warranty! I had a defect with a pair of glasses I bought and when I sent them in they went back on what I was told over the phone and tried to call me a liar! They tried to say the frames were sat on, and they couldn't just give me a new frame because "this is a business". Zero respect for the customer and dishonest staff trying to save a buck STAY AWAY & SAVE YOUR MONEY

The doctors were thorough and attentive to specific concerns. I needed to get a pair of effective progressive computer glasses to fit my specific work environment. I had tried with another local provider but, after 3 tries, they failed to produce a usable product for me, leaving me with a bill and useless pair of glasses. Neo Vision's doctors and opticians listened attentively to my needs and nailed it on the first try. I'm so thankful to have a perfectly functional pair of glasses for my work environment.

Rescheduled my appointment without telling me until I showed up

Their call line is terrible, been on the line for 30 minutes without response. I had also called the day, was on hold for another 45 minutes. I'm unsure where there receptionist is because I have not gotten my call received.

Dr. Dai operated the cataract surgery for me in 2018. He was referred by my optometrist He is a very soft talk person. While preparing for my eye surgery, the nurse in the operating room told me he is the best cause he did surgery on her husband, My bro on laws surgeon tells me the best dr reference would come from the nurses. Not from Yelp nor Google reviews

I was greeted warmly and seen promptly. The staff was friendly a nd caring. The doctor explained my condition in terms I could understand.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Celis for many, many years. I followed him every time he switched locations and still going (even though I moved to Washington). I see him every time I come back to visit family in California. He cares for all his patients and is very knowledgeable and asks the right questions so you feel 100% about being under his care. He listens to your needs and provides you with the best options for your best quality of life. His staff always greets you with a smile and the overall vibe of the office is awesome.
