I came in with my family for a group appointment for eye checkup and prescription, and the whole process was smooth and ease. The optometrist was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable and well-informed about my eye health. The staff is very friendly and organized, and knowledgeable about eye exams, and gave us a detailed breakdown of the types of frames and for each option that are available for lenses. The store has a wide range of frame styles, from classic to contemporary, and the staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the perfect pair. I also appreciate the staff's patience while training my wife to get familiar and use contact lenses, as she was trying it for first time. In addition to the excellent service and frame selections, the turnaround time for my glasses was impressively fast. I was able to pick up my new glasses within 2 working days. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an eye exam and/or glasses.

So, sitting on my couch feeling thirsty I set my glasses on the coffee table and get up to get me a bottle of water. And in less than 30 seconds my Bulldog Fergus decides he wants to use my last pair of glasses as a chew toy. Completely demolishes them. I google glasses in one hour and View Eyes comes up so I call them. Amanda answers the phone and I tell her my predicament. She was very nice and professional and said we can help let me get you an appointment. I asked if they can make my glasses in an hour and she was very honest and said it depends on the prescription but give me a chance and I’ll see what we can do. She gave me an appointment for the next morning and she greeted me very nicely and professionally. She said we can get you your glasses then order you your progressive in the meantime. Amanda made my weekend. Not only did she come through but saved me a lot of money also. My glasses were ready within an hour. She is definitely the Epitome of outstanding customer service I had ever experienced. She listens and does not rush. She’s honest and helpful. Truly View Eyes has a jewel of an employee in Amanda. She will be the reason I keep coming back for all my optometry needs. Thank you View Eyes for hiring such a great person.!!!!!

I didn’t get my prescription checked here but Amanda went above and beyond to assist me with my urgent need for same-day prescription glasses within 2 hours before closing time. Offering to drop off the glasses after hours demonstrates a high level of dedication and customer care. I would recommend anyone to come here for quality service. I have been going to this Optometry for last few years. Doctor and all staff members are very helpful. They always give couples of contacts to try them to help me pick the best one for my eye sights. They also apply all possible discounts to help me save couple of bucks. Definitely a nice place for your eye care.

Five stars for the doctor and zero stars for the lack of upfront communication. It took four weeks to get my glasses and I had to call them couple of times do you know the status of the order. If they had told me to expect the order in 4 weeks, I would have been happier

Ask for Marvin! He has OCD level obsession in helping you find the right frame and fit. Store has a decent selection of frames, maybe with a bit higher markup though YMMV. Didn’t get much chance to talk to others but in staff was cordial.

After visiting Dr. Chu's office, I must say that she is by far the best optometrist (OD) I have ever seen. She is very patient and caring. Even our 5 yr old was very happy with her! And, I can't thank enough Zahra, the technician. She was super helpful in going above & beyond to fulfil my request. Eventually, we ended up getting 10+ glasses from the office. The only thing I wished for, was a bit more frame variants.

Although my family has moved from the area, I use Dr. Mah and his office as the standard of care when it comes to my family’s eye care. Beside being thorough, they cared for our family from childhood through adulthood. We got to know the Dr and his family over the years and miss their kindness and care. Continued blessings and success to everyone in the office.❤️
