We had an amazing experience with Dr. Velez and his team. Everyone was very professional, the hospital was very clean and well designed, so much that it felt like a futuristic set. Our son had a strabismus surgery with Dr.Velez just a week ago and we are thrilled with the results.

I have left numerous messages over a three month. I never received a phone call back. I give up I will look elsewhere for low vision solutions.

My father has been going to the office for many years. Each time he was making an appointment, he couldn’t help expressing his frustration because their receptionist service is terrible. I don’t understand why the office doesn’t address this type of issues. Very disappointing.

Best eye exam I have had in years. My Script was spot on with no variables. The staff was pleasant and professional and the Dr. was a joy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Dr. Weiss was absolutely incredible! Hands down the best Optometrist I’ve come across. I’ve been wearing glasses/ contacts for a combined total of 25 years and Dr. Weiss was the first Dr. to explain to me why my eye sight is the way it is. She answered all of my questions and was so kind and patient. All of her staff was truly amazing! So happy I found them :)

I have witnessed firsthand the care that Dr. Malik and his office staff have provided to their patients. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Malik is one of the most genuine physicians I have ever met! Many of his patients rave about how much better their vision is after cataract surgery. They are also extremely happy with how fast and how well they heal after surgery. Dr. Malik is very efficient and sees his patients in a timely manner. I would highly recommend visiting the Malik Eye Institute to any of my loved ones!

Always a great experience!

I have been a patient for quite a few years. Starting last year, I was charged for my routine eye exam under my medical insurance which was $110 instead of just my usual $10 copay that I used to always have. It seems that they have started becoming greedy as I am not the only patient I have heard of this happening too. With their large new offices, I guess someone has to eat the bill and pay for all of it, what better way than to have all your longterm customers/patients handle the costs. Goodbye Manchester Eye Associates, I will bring my business somewhere where it is valued.
