I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and efficient. They also provided great education on their selection of lenses. The place was clean and they a had a nice variety of choices for frames and lenses.

I came here today, on 7/14, in the morning and Maria was so kind and friendly with me. She made the process of buying new glasses very seamless. If I ever have to go back to this location, I will for sure look for her assistance.

I had gone here earlier today just to have my glasses tighten and whoever helped me the 1st time when she was tightening them she broke them. She then tells me i’m Going to have to get new ones will have to make an appointment to have my eyes examined to get a new prescription. There was nothing wrong w/mine I only took them there because I didn’t want to strip it while tightening it then she over tightened them and broke them never offered to do anything else for me. I was pretty upset after leaving there came home and thought about it I paid a lot of money for them so I went back hoping they could just put my lens in a new frame the new person who helped 2nd time think her name was Alicia not for sure it’s probably in my file if that was her name. She was so sweet, caring and very helpful spent a lot of time w/me and got another frame from another pair of glasses that had broke there and put it on my one side that broke plus put 2 new nose pads for me. Very good customer service I left there a happy and pleased customer. Thank You Alicia if that was your name sure hope is in the system. I even filled out a comment paper and put in box w/her name on it from her name tag. Thanks Again, JoAnn Mendoza

Called to see if they had an optometrist there so I can get my daughter’s glasses fix...the young lady I spoke to told they did. So I drove out there just for them to tell me they didn’t have one. And I made it very clear on the phone that was trying to get glasses fixed. Not cool

Friendly people, but that is all they are PEOPLE not doctors, my skin is dry and leathery yet nothing has been found to cure it, I have had tuberculosis in the past and everyone i have come across starts coughing or wheezing around me yet I feel fine and the so called doctors here say my lungs are ok and there is nothing wrong with me, why i still have insurance with these people I don't know ... ok said my piece I'm ganna go cry in the closet now 😭

I was there a few weeks ago for their promotion. The appointment was good , I was able to get my new prescription and able to choose the frames no problem. I was told I would get a call 7-10 business days. 10 business days go by, I called and ask for an update. The lady on the phone, tells me that only one pair is ready and the other should get there sometime this week. I asked if I could pick that one , since I really needed them. Since my old pair was broken. I get there, and both glasses are there! I wonder why did the lady on the phone said only one was ready and how long they been there. I’m upset because why they don’t call as soon they gave have them ready. I need glasses for everything. I was patient enough and waited the whole 10 days. And not one call.

I was there a couple weeks ago to purchase new glasses. I gave an employee my personal info to look up my insurance. She found it right away and she sent me to look around for glasses while I waited for my vision test. While i’m walking around browsing. Another employee comes up to me and asked me for my last 4 of my social (I’m standing near the sample glasses opposite end of computers) She had no notepad, she just came to ask. And I gave it to her, I didn’t think anything of it. Couple minutes later she comes back and asks again. No paper in hand to confirm my info, she just stared at me very closely when I repeated the last 4 of my social. This employee that I didn’t even get help from in the beginning asked me for my personal info 3-4 times after I was already checked in waiting for the eye exam. I feel like I was PERSONALLY singled out and asked. I feel like I was profiled due to my appearance. The whole hour or so I was there NOBODY else was asked to repeat their last 4 or any personal info. Just me. When she asked me the last time I asked her why she kept asking and I didn’t get a straight answer. I will never return to this business and I will tell all my people to do the same. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a business in my life.

Came in for an exam and frames. Service was the best. Friendly and approachable staff. Dr. Truong made me feel comfortable. Would recommend!

I was told before to be wary of this doctor and facility. I ignored it because the last time I was there years ago I had felt confident in the care. Now after years in working the medical field I will tell you what I told numerous patients when they get a hinky feeling...get that second opinion. Communication with staff , and I mean both front and back and all in-between should be smooth. You , as the patient, should not be left wanting or even have a knudge of doubt when you go seeking answers for what is eff-ed up about yourself. My own experience here gave me too many red flags to ignore but it most definitely gave me an outline to follow when I go seek a second opinion elsewhere.

After coming here with my dad who was the patient, I would NOT recommend this doctor. He did not seem to care or even acknowledge the reason for my dads visit which was a follow up. The doctor who didn’t even greet us when he walked in questioned everything I was stating that other medical professionals had told us. Seems like he just wants the money. Doesn’t actually care about his patients. 0/5 stars to be honest.

Dr. Duran did a very thorough check up and was very patient and knowledgeable. The receptionist is super nice and helpful. I first was greeted by Laura who did a preliminary check before the doctor. Laura treated me with the utmost professionalism and put me at ease. She set the tone for the rest of my exam.
