Our experience at LensCrafters in Parkway Plaza was amazing! Sara went above and beyond. She helped navigate our insurance, educated us on the various lens types, cleaned and adjusted our existing glasses while we waited. Also, great selection of RayBan glasses which we were looking for. Debby is an amazing associate. She went above and beyond and works very hard. She always made sure my friend and I were happy and never felt ignored. One of the best experiences we have ever had. She deserves a raise, promotion and a vacation!!

Prices are a little high compared to some online options, but the staff is so friendly and the post-purchase support is amazing. I've had to walk in unscheduled for multiple frame adjustments, and I always feel like such a bother, but everyone here is consistently happy to help. They're also incredibly quick, most pairs are done the same or the following day, and even my specialized order showed up a week before it was scheduled.

Maya Shammas is a wonderful woman and an excellent Optomoligist! I would highly recommend her. The office has the nicest workers. Always kind and friendly.

I had the most pleasant doctors visit with Dr. John Shammas. This was my first time coming to his office. He was so kind and very professional. I was nervous coming in and he and his staff made me feel right at home. Will diffinetly come back and recommend him and his staff.

I have insurance but unfortunately Walmart does not take my insurance. However I still come here because Dr. Margaret is cute and the receptionist is also cute. They also play movies in the waiting room which is cool. I'll be back again for my next yearly check up.

Dr. Nguyen is the sweetest and most helpful eye doctor I’ve ever come upon. I went in for the first time and her receptionist was able to help me and was polite and sweet throughout the whole process before consulting with Dr. Nguyen.
