Been going there since the previous Dr owned the practice. Great service! Dr takes his time with us.

the stuff members they are rude every time i go there to be seen by the doctor when i leave i always ask if they have anything to clean my glass they always say no even if i wanna pay for it one time i saw one of the stuff woman giving away the cleaner i ask if i can have one she respond no i don't have any

My 8 year old son was complaining he couldn't see very well anymore. I had suspected he just wanted glasses. My suspicions proved correct as the doctor found nothing wrong with his eyes. He was very thorough and kind despite wasting his time and I was very appreciative. Will probably come back for my own eye exam and glasses.

Today I was so upset I lost my pair of glasses and frustrated because I just gotten those pair of glasses around the summer time Today I was so happy that Miss V and this wonderful gentleman help me out today at the Walmart located in El Cajon. They were very sweet and understanding. They were so easy to talk to listen to my problems like their therapist, but I’m just grateful that God was able to put them in my life today.

This is by far the best Vision Center! Victoria and Tanya are always so attentive and helpful! The manager, Brett, is as well and is always so cheerful! 10/10 would recommend this place for your eye ware needs.

The best place to get your eyecare needs. Brett, is very knowledgeable and professional. Greatest selection of eyeglasses and all of your eyecare needs. I've been to other Walmart vision centers and would travel to this location from anywhere. All the other vision centers cannot compare to this location. Why are you going anywhere else? Get on over to this location and you won't be disappointed. Ask for Brett and he'll take care of you.

Always a very pleasant experience. All the staff are very helpful and courteous they always go above and beyond to assist you with your visit. I would highly encourage anyone needing specialized medical need with their eyes to check them out first. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Dr Skaf is a fantastic doctor. He really listens to all your questions, and takes the time his patients need. He did a surgery on my dad, and he did an awesome job.

The team at American Eye Associates was just incredible. Each one I interacted with through the process today went out of their way to listen, explain, and guide me to the next step of my appt. So professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Positive attitude were real and the environment so serene. If you need your eyes checked and you have the opportunity to go here...I can't say enough good things about the way they do business and put me at ease. True teamwork. Common goal

I just probably just had the best customer service in all of 2023. I came in to get new padding on glasses and the manger Ms Sara did way more then that. She put the padding in, cleaned them, tightened all the screws, and adjusted them all for free. She definitely an angel sent from heaven and made me feel like family. Customer service A+++

I came here to get my sunglasses adjusted. They did it for free which I really appreciate. Sara Waltz was the one to help adjust my sunglasses and she knows her craft well! You'd think I could do it on my own but seeing how she adjusted and checked, adjusted and checked, I realized I would have made a mess of my glasses. Also, Sara was supremely charming and made me feel at home and welcomed even if she wasn't gonna get a sale out of adjusting my glasses. Excellent customer service 100%. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
