I have been going to that eye center since 2017. Doctors are knowledgeable and have good bedside manners. But my experience with receptionists and ancillary personal is not so great. The girls on the phone are always rude and impatient , once I commented over the phone " Why don't you be more patient and polite?" ..and she hang up on me. This place has no manners or customer service.

Dr. Davidson and his staff at Chandler Eye Center treated my family so well today that I'd leave more stars if possible. It's rare that you find a skilled Specialist, let alone an Ophthalmologist, that's genuinely looking at the root cause and best ways to help, all with a caring approach without rushing your visit. Dr. Davidson fits that rare category- He was kind, patient, professional and helped explained our next steps to preserving my Brother's vision. This is where we will go to receive true eye care from now on. I couldn't be more thankful.

Used to go to Dr. Yuen here before I moved out of state. Very thorough. No issues except long waits and occasional rescheduling to Chinatown office.

Hey Googlers, I’m frustrated and disappointed at the service I didn’t receive here today, at 4:00 pm. Yes, you read that right. The service skills here are despicable and awful. I walk into an awful experience where I was ignored by an all Caucasian staff while managers spoke to friends/ colleagues, and employees sat on their phones with zero offers for assistance. There was only one other customer in the store who was Caucasian, however, she was spoken to nicely by an employee who even told her how to access the locked frames while I walked around in silence. When I asked an employee to help me access certain frames she annoyingly helped, not even offering to stand by and be of more assistance. In short, the five minutes I spent here were the most awful I’ve ever spent at an eyeglass shop, an establishment that makes money mostly from good customer service and support. I’m baffled that they didn’t offer any assistance!! They should definitely have job evaluations soon - they just lost the company about $400. Maybe that‘s why this location was so empty! Never going again. Smh 😢 I hope they don’t treat all people of color this way.

I would have given it 5 stars but Dr Niles assistant was some what distracted today and got his orders wrong. It really created issues down the line.

My contacts ripped on a family trip to the beach and I was stranded without any spares! It was Memorial Day weekend and I was sure no optometrist would be available, but Dr. Nguyen was. I was so fortunate to have met he and his wife. They took great care of me so quickly and got me right back to my family vacation. Couldn’t be happier with their services. I absolutely recommend them.

We have had some waits here in the past, but this morning I came in early and was immediately given a full exam, including dilation…my appointment was for 7:40, they called me in around 8, and I was out of there by 8:30 or so. Everything was very quick and smooth…

Dr. Matthews is simply beyond wonderful! She performed cataract surgery on both my eyes in November, and my vision is dramatically improved, so incredibly sharper...basically perfect! I wore contact lenses (first hard, then semi rigid gas permeable lenses) for years and years, and being able to get rid of them is life changing. Dr. Matthews is very much involved with all her patients ( my husband sees her also), and takes a personal interest in your treatment and recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Matthews for any and all eye issues. Her staff members are all very friendly and extremely helpful.

All were understanding, patient, and clear in dealing with my sister who has dementia. Annie took special care to note what she was interested in, to connect with her, and to provide a satisfactory outcome. The doctor took special care to help decide what would be best for her safety.

Dr Fedoriw gave me a very thorough exam and made excellent corrections to both my prior erroneous glasses prescription which was too strong in one eye and my prior mis-made glasses product. He is extraordinarily competent and thorough in integrating a fully complete diagnosis of your problem(s).
