Hands down the best experience I’ve had in YEARS. Jasmine at the front desk is incredibly personable and helpful. Very clean office! Alla did my exam and was exceptional from beginning to end. She was patient with me, explained things thoroughly and I was even able to walk out same day with my contacts which was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend taking your entire family here- unparalleled service and kindness. My daughter, dad and mom will all be seen here now. So grateful.

I would rate at a zero if they had it. The customer service is a JOKE!! Try to call and put on an endless loop of elevator music. I scheduled an appointment online, nobody gave me a call back.A complete waste of my time..

Placed a call for an appt...no one answered even though they were open. Leave a message for an apt. Very detailed. 4 days later I have to call them back as no return call from them. Gal that answered said she had a couple people ahead of me … More

very bad customer service, no one answer the phone to get appointment, if they do, they will leave on hold for more than 30 minutes and hang up the phone. I would give them zero star.

So happy with my experience today! The front staff, which includes Ms. Milad and the Store Manager were AWESOME! So helpful! They also helped me pick out frames, which no other Vision Center has done with me; they made it fun and made me feel comfortable! Dr Tran was great! Friendly, quick, and answered any questions/comments in a friendly way. Absolutely loved the service here at the Walmart vision Center/Camino Canada !

I went in for my first Eye exam and was helped by Charleen, Milad, and the manager Stephanie. They are so helpful and so supportive. I got the cutest glasses ever with a great price. They also took my eyemed insurance and I got 40% off on my second pair of glasses. I definitely recommend this vision center!!!

I’ve gone to various other local places before and even tried Stanton and they’ve always gotten my prescription wrong. I finally discovered this place a year ago and they are spot on every time! Came back to do my annual check up yesterday and just when I thought they could get any better, they’ve exceeded my expectations again. Thank you to the doctor that helped me out yesterday (I’m so sorry I forgot your name). She is by far the most sweetest and really knows her work and has it mastered. If you’re looking for your place, it’s definitely here. Thank you :)

I first came here just to replace my son's glasses. Their customer service was great so I decided to switch where I was previously going. So happy I made the switch. The whole team is great! Dr listened to my concerns and made great suggestions for eye care.

Everything ran on time and the staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable, approachable and interested in my wellbeing. I felt very comfortable. The store was clean and sleek and well merchandised, but with only designer brands of glasses.

It's ok, it takes a while to receive your rx glasses, the receptionists are a little negative, but hoping they fix their behavior in the future, the optometrist is amazing, Sherry was very informative and kind; she made the experience great for my young daughter, thanks again Sherry!
