I would not recommend this office to anyone! I scheduled an appointment and spend time driving to the office just to hear, that I can get a prescription only if I order glasses from the office. When I tried to explain that my glasses are usually very expensive and I am not ready to order and just need an eye exam for now, they said that the doctor cannot see me unless I order glasses. They should have disclosed that prior to making an appointment. I have been wearing glasses since childhood and never heard of such thing. Even if I wanted to order glasses from the office, their frames selection is not really good. I also reported the office to my insurance.

The dr Alla Lerman O.D really rude , and unprofessional . Never went their again.

The worst place that I have ever been! Customer service horrible. No mask. Smells like cigarettes. And on top of all they did not gave me my prescription told me that they can give it ONLY when insurance pays them. So I have to wait 4-6 week and then to come back, because she is very busy to call me back !!!! Waisted for this appointment more then 2hr of my time !!!

The actual Dr. is wonderful, very kind . The ladies are also very kind in the office… however…. I am STILL trying to purchase glasses for my son. First night we sat there forever, I said I would call in the morning and order over the phone. Then I called and they said they couldn’t figure out my insurance but would have a manager call me first thing the next morning. Well no call so I called them around 12:00 and was told oh yes they would call me right back in a few minutes. Still no call over an hour later. I’ve never had to work so hard to spend money.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. I messed up my scheduled time and they called me and helped me get in at another time. Dr Campbell was thorough and answered all my questions clearly. Very helpful with me picking out new frames!

Honestly the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable, not rushed. Great for my kids and myself. Dr. Campbell was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Very pleasant first experience at this office! Dr. Stafford is fantastic! He listened to my eye issues and responded to me individually. I felt like I was getting specialized treatment for my specific needs, not just another set of eyes. Kim was also very nice and personable. She told me everything that she was doing and why. She also gave me feedback on how I performed the tasks. The massage chairs are a wonderful touch - great idea! This office is farther from my home and work but I will definitely be coming back.Thank you!

Friendly staff. There’s a variety of designers frames to choose from and they are affordable. There’s even a massage room. Imagine that!. The decor is beautiful I highly recommend this establishment.

I just got here to pick up contacts I ordered. The website and door says they are open until 7 PM. Guess they closed early?! Would be nice to know ahead of time and ahead of driving all the way out here. Not good customer service at all.

Awesome customer service at For eyes! Earlier that day we went to 2 other local optical stores to look for eyeglass frames but left right away because the staff was either rude or somewhat dismissive. For eyes was a breath of fresh air! Great selection of frames and Tiara was very helpful, informative and attentive. We will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends!

My visit to the 'For Eyes' Gurnee store was indeed a template for outstanding customer service... all thanks to Tiara. She was not only knowledgeable, caring and kind but also highly efficient. She patiently helped me pick the right frame based on my criteria. The delivery was on time as promised. I would highly recommend this store for you to experience the 5 star customer service.
