This place is the worst. Do not come here. People are very rude. I called two time to make sure I had the correct time. I get here and they told me no it was at 10:25 not 10:45. I had to wait three months for this eye appointment. Next one would not be till next year. Do not waste your time or money on this place. They are not busy at all. A lady was playing a game on the computer. I hope this place goes out of business soon!

The staff here is abhorrent. They do not have a system by which to communicate with staff. They never answer the phone and in the off chance that you get a call from them you better answer or they will cancel appointments or completely neglect your case. My mother has suffered further nerve damage because of this office’s negligence. They are rude, negligent, and are causing harm to their patients. They are either understaffed or poorly trained and it is putting serious cases at risk. It is unfortunate that this is the level of service that handles patients for a well renowned doctor. A change needs to happen fast.

I've called 8 times over 2 days and can't get anyone to answer the phone during business hours, or return a call after leaving a message. Lost my whole family as customers today.

From the beginning to the end, it was a pleasant experience. From the beginning to the end, it was an enjoyable experience. Everybody was charming. But I want to thank Nicholas for his help at the end; as a 60+ older woman, I had no idea what I really wanted and nobody to help. He was a great help, not pushy listen to me, and gave me plenty of options. Your old woman that I had no idea what I really wanted and nobody to help. The doc explained things to me about this cataract thing.. I actually followed her because she was very clear and showed me on the screen. I have been so upset the past 5 years because my sight never seems to be clear even after new glasses but now I understand. She was wonderful.

Very pleased with the friendly service. The young lady was very professional getting me ready for the optometrist and he was also very professional.
The front office provided fist class service in helping size the glasses I picked out. Overall great first time using Lens Crafters

My experience was pretty awesome. The weight was not so long my glasses I got them the same day like 20 minutes after I finish paying so that was pretty awesome. I didn’t have to return back.

I had lost my glasses and was going without until I found this place online. They had an online coupon. Took my prescription in and 20 min later I had 2 pairs for less than $40. Great customer service, and they have a great huge selection of frames.

I am only adding 3 stars for the Doctor. But aside from that their new male receptionist is very rude. When calling for an appointment, you can hear the annoyance in his voice. He is not accommodating or understanding to situations when needing to reschedule. It has happened on several occasions, you can tell his demeanor changes when it comes to certain patients in office. I worked in Healthcare for 10 plus years for a private office setting and FQHC with over 40 locations and have been in the front end and that is not the way to treat patients or really people. Customer Service Training is needed.
