I am only adding 3 stars for the Doctor. But aside from that their new male receptionist is very rude. When calling for an appointment, you can hear the annoyance in his voice. He is not accommodating or understanding to situations when needing to reschedule. It has happened on several occasions, you can tell his demeanor changes when it comes to certain patients in office. I worked in Healthcare for 10 plus years for a private office setting and FQHC with over 40 locations and have been in the front end and that is not the way to treat patients or really people. Customer Service Training is needed.

I am annoyed by the situation I had to go through on the day of my appointment, the receptionist was very rude to me (patient) asking me to leave my two minors outside without any supervision because they were not allowed inside with me, which it bothered me so I left the place. When they make the reminder call they should let the patient know that they can’t take other people to accompany them so that way we avoid this situation, I know that it’s not just getting worse like with other patients and they should take that into account.

Professional and helpful staff. The doctor has taken great care of me and my husband for several years. He has always been kind and explained my condition and treatment.

I wish I could give them no stars. Don’t waste your money!!! On 1/17 at 3:30 I picked up my sons glasses. I paid $130 for them because I was told that the insurance covered ones would take 10 weeks. Today 1/19 at 8am I told my son let me see your glasses so I can clean your lenses before school & they are broke. Both ear pieces slide off the metal frame. They are not metal frame glasses either. Ow & my receipt says all says are final. SMH.

I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen when I was one of the first ones for an appointment and the doctor with rude. He kept pushing me Through the exam and getting mad cause I was taking too long to decide.The glasses are way too expensive and cheap! And they make u get 2 pairs. One pair came within a week. Because I paid cash and the other one is taking over 2 months to receive because they are medi-cal glasses. I've worn glasses all my life and never had to wait so long for glasses even if it was medi-cal glasses. Don't go here!

Never answers the phone, if you have kids that need eye care, Don't come here.. I Repeat Don't come here, Doctor has no patience and seems very irritated with kids..

Great top tier. Experience. Very great doctor & personnel. Dr is super cool.after Dr Kim removed my Moms cataract she honestly was like… we’re done? Dr Kim is Super fast and great at what he does.if there was an option for more than 5 stars I’d give Dr Kim a 10. Thank you Dr Kim

Dr. Kim was literally amazing with my mother’s eye surgery. He is very informative and made sure we understood the process and made sure my mom was comfortable . Definitely amazing and she was definitely happy with him . You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for everything Dr.Kim!

My exam at Lens Crafters went well. Very efficient staff & Doctor. I knew my astigmatism was getting worse & would need a new prescription. Also other issues I wasn’t aware of were detected. No waiting, I was guided though every process quickly. Thank you for being so thorough!
