Optometrist was very thorough and kind. Answered all my questions without judgement.
Front staff were kind and patient when I picked my eyeglasses. Overall would recommend this LensCrafters to everyone! Thanks you again.
Also awesome my glasses were ready the SAME day. 10/10

Excellent visit today. Great customer service and an easy eye exam with great results! I recommend if this provider is in your insurance!

Just be prepared to be waiting for at least 2 hours. Arrive at 10am for my appointment didn’t leave until 1pm, but other than that the environment is pretty solid.

The front office staff was courteous and welcoming . I was pleased with the knowledgeable medical staff. Dr.Chawla was awesome. He understood and explained to me how the eye and vision impairment is effecting sight .With this explained I have an understanding. And with this i will better assist in the care of vision loss my friend suffers from. Thank You

Been to Retina three times already & I am very pleased with the service I receive....from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Every employee that helps me is very nice & considerate. They explain exactly what they are going to do before hand. Very satisfied with Retina.

Why only 3 stars? Both doctors are excellent. My office visit was easy and fast. I called the office after my visit with a question about VSP incentives. The menu menu choice led me to billing. I've called twice in the last 2 weeks, left messages, and have not had either call returned. I then called a third time today, to see if my glasses have come in...another recorded message. Not happy and I don't have my glasses.
How to get back to five stars? Maybe call your customers back.

Took my son in for a eye exam and I have not one bad thing to say. They quickly greeted me, followed by the eye exam and thoroughly went over everything w me. Dr ratty is great! We will be back.
