Just be prepared to be waiting for at least 2 hours. Arrive at 10am for my appointment didn’t leave until 1pm, but other than that the environment is pretty solid.

The front office staff was courteous and welcoming . I was pleased with the knowledgeable medical staff. Dr.Chawla was awesome. He understood and explained to me how the eye and vision impairment is effecting sight .With this explained I have an understanding. And with this i will better assist in the care of vision loss my friend suffers from. Thank You

Been to Retina three times already & I am very pleased with the service I receive....from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Every employee that helps me is very nice & considerate. They explain exactly what they are going to do before hand. Very satisfied with Retina.

Why only 3 stars? Both doctors are excellent. My office visit was easy and fast. I called the office after my visit with a question about VSP incentives. The menu menu choice led me to billing. I've called twice in the last 2 weeks, left messages, and have not had either call returned. I then called a third time today, to see if my glasses have come in...another recorded message. Not happy and I don't have my glasses. How to get back to five stars? Maybe call your customers back.

Took my son in for a eye exam and I have not one bad thing to say. They quickly greeted me, followed by the eye exam and thoroughly went over everything w me. Dr ratty is great! We will be back.

Been calling to get my sons glasses nobody answers. I don’t think this place is even open. Anytime we would go to an appointment early we would be waiting 3 hours or more. We went in February still haven’t got my sons glasses. They told me a few months ago we needed to pick frames again that the ones my kids chose they dont carry. Then when we went in to get new frames it was closed and we had an appointment. Is this how you run a business????
