Been calling to get my sons glasses nobody answers. I don’t think this place is even open. Anytime we would go to an appointment early we would be waiting 3 hours or more. We went in February still haven’t got my sons glasses. They told me a few months ago we needed to pick frames again that the ones my kids chose they dont carry. Then when we went in to get new frames it was closed and we had an appointment. Is this how you run a business????

This place is so horrible they do not answer phones it’s so hard to get anything from the staff . Staff is so rude doors are always locked and they help you through a window in order to schedule appointments you would need to drive there and wait outside to be helped. Never going back this place should be shut down.

I came to the office for some glasses and some contacts and I like how it’s very organized and calm even with the ton of patients that they see. I love how they play Disney movies in the waiting room while we wait to be called. Janet has always been very helpful and full of energy in the mornings. She’s super kind and quick. I believe she is an outstanding representation of great work ethic. In addition to this the doctor is very patient and reassuring when it comes to finding the perfect fit for you. I have had some trial and error with some contacts and I appreciate that he makes it a priority to find some contacts that will be most comfortable for my everyday use.

Overcrowded waiting room. Nowhere to sit . After standing for an hour waiting for the appt, I decided to sit on the dirty floor. Why do they overbook patients ? This was a horrible experience

My mother’s appointment was scheduled for 2:45 pm with Dr. Wang. We arrived at 2:30 pm and it was like a busy emergency room full of patients with the waiting area and hallway packed, sitting and standing around waiting to be seen. The appointment had been set up to see Dr. Wang but instead, we saw an optometrist by the last name Lee. After he checked my mom, he told her that there was nothing wrong with her eyes despite severe eye pain in both eyes, implying that it was all in her head when she couldn’t even open her eyes to look into the light. He proceeded to tell us that if her eyes were really hurting, then she should have gone to the emergency room. I insisted that something wrong was with her vision. He said he will have the D.M check her, to which I asked if he was actually a doctor, and he replied “No, and I never will be,” sarcastically. We waited 2 1/2 hours to see Dr. Wang and the only reason why we didn’t leave was because mom’s eyes were in severe pain, but after this experience, we will never go back to this California eye client. Both of my parents used to go here to see a great and caring M.D. by the name of Dr. Shah, but he only goes there one day a week meaning he is almost never there. This clinic has now been made into a corporation that cares about the profits over the patients. After my parents were going here to see Dr. Shah for over 9 years, we will no longer be returning to this California eye clinic ever again because of this horrible and demeaning experience that a patient should never endure. Goodbye.

This doctor treated me like I was a hypochondriac. Didn't see any issues & since he doesn't know me personally & has never seen me before until today, he doesn't see my eyelids as being swollen like the referring doctor did. He was basically saying there's nothing wrong & he can't do surgery on a non-existent problem. I responded saying I didn't ask for surgery, I was sent here since the referring doc felt I needed further testing. Wait an hour & a half for him to tell me this in under 5 minutes. Very disappointed.

Excellent care and service. The staff and doctor are very caring and thorough. I always recommend Dr. Wilhelmsen when asked by friends and family.

We were called back immediately. The service was very professional and it was timely. The doctor spent time with my son and also answered my questions. The front end staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Wilhelmson and her staff are both professional and helpful. After complications from strabismus surgery, Dr. Wilhelmson took care of my issues and supported my care for an extended period of time. She is helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, her staff absolutely helped me by being kind and supportive. It’s very difficult to find a doctor and staff of this caliber.

This was such an amazing experience from beginning to end. I took my son here for an eye exam.
The staff greeted us upon arrival and were very approachable. The clinic is beautiful, clean, spacious, and kid friendly. I marveled at the furniture, cabinets, and selection of eyeglasses. I love that the practice also recycles lightly used frames. What a way to give back to the students of the community :)
My son saw Dr. Graziano. She made the exam fun and educational for us. He even received a toy of choice afterwards. Thank you, Bespectacled!

My husband and I moved to the area just recently and were looking for a new optometrist. We visited the dentist next door who referred us to his son and daughter in-law. We were really excited because we had such a pleasant experience at the dentist we thought they are going to be fantastic next door! We went in for an exam about 7 weeks ago and it was incredibly busy, however we were able to browse and select frames before our exam which made our time there efficient. Despite the Dr. being in back to back exams she was excellent! My husband and I enjoyed our experience with her and we could tell she was caring and compassionate.
We ordered my frames however, we were not given a specific time frame for arrival. I followed up 1 month later to check-in to see if they had arrived and was told over the phone they should be there that week. I did not receive call back that week. I waited 2 more weeks and thought it was odd I had not heard from them with any updates. So I followed up again with a phone call. I was placed on hold for several minutes and told and Optician would call me back. I was confused as the receptionist did not explain why someone was going to call me back. I asked if the frames had arrived and she said "no" and that an optician would call me back today. I would have appreciated some transparency from the beginning. I am super bummed about the lack of follow-up and accountability on their part. I'm a fairly patient person and understand when our work days get busy, however a quick email, phone call or even text with an update would have been sufficient. Fortunately, I already have frames and contacts so I didn’t need them right away, however I can only imagine how much more disappointing it would be to have to wait two months + for some glasses. In the 20+ years I’ve had glasses I’ve never had to wait this long for frames. It did not make me feel like a valuable patient especially since this is my first experience. So bummed. ☹
