First time at Visionworks and boy do I wish I would have been coming here all along. Even though they were running behind on their appointments, I honeslty did not mind at all. The staff was super friendly from beginning to end. Dr. A was a true pleasure. She was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time she took to explain things to me even though they were super busy. There's also a good selection in glasses. I'd recommend to my family and friends.

Younger girl needs an attitude ajustment, both times I been she has been rude to me, she seems to hate her job. Last time I come here. The more mature lady is very professional and helpful. So thank you to her.

Staff are amazing! Alejandra helped me choose new frames. I've only chosen Black my entire life and wanted something different. We settled on a pair of light Grey by Baltimore. Dr. Cross is great too!! Thank you Nationwide!!

Got an eye exam and they told me after my exam that my insurance wasn’t going to cover it and I would have to pay for the exam and their excuse was because I “came in one month early before my yearly exam”. But NEVER did they say they would charge me for my exam that my insurance is suppose to cover. Poor customer service in the front desk for not explaining and charging me for my yearly exam when my insurance always covers for it. They tried to say it was not there fault when clearly they did not look over my insurance until after my exam and tried to blame it on me for not noticing when they were suppose to tell me before having my exam. Don’t recommend coming to this location and manager has a rude attitude.

Alicia provided me 5-star customer service. She guided me through my rather particular order and made me feel well taken care of. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and greeted me by name when I entered the store. She sets the standard for how to treat and retain customers!

My first time in my adult life scheduling an appointment and getting a new prescription and new glasses, and I was antsy about it, but it couldn't possibly have gone smoother. Everybody there, from the technicians to the receptionist to the people who help you get the glasses and ring you up, was super nice, really helpful, and made everything clear and easy. Couldn't possibly have gone better.

This store has great customer service! I needed glasses for my child and the store associate did her best working with her! She explained everything to me and my child as to what frames would work best since she has a high Rx. Every time i have been to this store the customer service and communication has been great!

Visited Dr. G for my annual check up and she was very knowable and fun personality . She gave me some suggestions base on my exam , such as wearing warm towels to make my eyes less dry. Highly recommended just book in advance.

So I brought my son here because the one on Valencia sucks. We do everything right, a month goes by, no call , nothing. So we call only to find out these idiots NEVER ORDERED his glasses! Not to mention now the frames he picked out are not available anymore. Like how hard is it to do your job?! Pathetic!

Always love going to Nationwide Vision for my eye exam and glasses! The best care for my aging eyes, perfect prescription for reading and distance, and kind and friendly staff. I feel very comfortable going there; all my questions get answered. The store has the cutest glasses and they came in so fast from the lab. My fitting adjustment was perfect for working at the computer. Now I enjoy my new glasses. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gill was running behind for my appointment. I waited over an hour. I could tell he was agitated because of this and kept glossing over my concerns during the exam. I kept telling him my vision was still blurry, not clear. He prepared a special set of “glasses” to look through. We went outside to try them and I shared that my vision was still blurry. Far away objects were not crisp and clear. He assured me that everything would be fine with this RX and new glasses. We had LensCrafters make a new pair. Picked them up on 11/10/23. They were worse visually than my existing pair. The glasses were returned. I have no confidence in Dr. Gill to help me resolve this. BEST YOU FIND ANOTHER EYE DOCTOR.
