Dr. Gill is very personable and efficient. He kept me informed of the purpose and procedures during the exam and explained the results clearly. The pre-exam was similarly well conducted.

Amazing service, these people understand vision! After visiting several different options my wife and I kept coming back to Optical Image. These are by far the most superior and tack sharp glasses I’ve ever had. The prices are a little higher than the run of the mill alternatives but these are soooo nice. I never will go back to cheap glasses. Staff is exceptionally friendly and Dr. Weisman is the best ... and he’s hilarious. A+

This is the Best place on Earth! Top notch customer service, everyone is sooo kind and down to earth. Cylena is #1 to me and my family we drive 84 miles just to come to this store. Optical Image is A diamond in the ruff not another place like it. Thanks for taking care of me and my family!

I had a great experience getting my new glasses. The team was knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Moseley helped me with information, was caring and attentive. I feel confident with my eye care with the team at this location.

Horrible service! If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! Do not recommend. Scheduled an appt they called me to cancel and reschedule i said sure its fine. Drove 45 min to my daughters rescheduled appt and i show up and they tell me its too late that she cant be seen! The appt was scheduled at 5:40 it said to arrive at 5:25! I got there at 5:30. There was no costumers and they said they had no time to see us. I asked to speak to manager and she has bad service. Talking to me saying they go based off what they see on the computer not on thr text messages they send. All week i have been getting reminders that my appt is at 5:40 i even replied to them to confirm aapt ! My time was waisted and my daughter was extremely devastated. The manager spoke to me in a rude way i was not even being rude i was simply explaining hey like i have all these messages saying this time o drove a far way. Then they said they called me about my appt daying they changed it to an earlier time and the number on file wasn't even mine! Sucks to work costumer service and have sucky costumer service!! If you dont like handling costumers dont work in the industry!

Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE! Rude front desk workers, caught them in many lies. I always buy the insurance or warranty and for some reason they never have it on record. The lady had the audacity to argue with me that I’ve never bought the insurance. Good thing I’ve kept receipts. I bought my son glasses on June 14, apparently they had them ready since June 20th. It now July 26th. Never got a phone call, text message, or email to notify me they were ready for pick up. This is the last time I go here. If the review would let me rate them no stars I would. I have to at least click on one star in order to post this review. Horrible horrible!

I was afraid of getting my eyes cut into but it was easy! The team was the best. I completely trust Dr Wang's recommendations. He really took the time to review my case and recommended the right procedure for my needs. He knows what he is doing and has a great "bed side manner". I chose to go ahead with monovision and no longer need glasses. One eye was done 3 weeks ago and the other a week ago. I can see near and far! If you have had cataract surgery recommended, do it!

Dr. McColgin was amazing. She was professional and friendly. I felt totally at ease during my entire experience. She is an extremely skilled cataract surgeon. I'm so happy with my vision and am amazed at the difference. You don't realize how bad your vision had become because it was a gradual change over time. I would recommend her to anyone in need of eye surgery. Thank you so much Dr. McColgin.

All staff at Cornea Associates and Dr. Wang have been great! Very professional, personable, and efficient. My cataract surgery went very well and I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes, for the first time in over 50 years! Based on my experience, I highly recommend Cornea Associates and Dr. Wang.

I Had eye surgery on 10/24/23 and Dr Kristen Carter and her staff were amazing! They made me feel very comfortable, safe, and very confident that I was in trusting and caring hands. The office of Dr. Kristen Carter is well managed by reputable, knowledgeable, caring and smiling staff as is her surgery office and her assistance’s there. Every time that I had to come to the Swan office for my follow up appointments, the staff here greeted you with a smile and were very professional and caring. If anyone should ever need eye care or surgery this is the place to come for you truly are in the best of hands.
