I have been a patient/customer at Nationwide for many years and keep going back because of the caring staff and great customer service. My prescription has always been perfect.

The customer service is very good. The doctor and assistant know what they're doing and are very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the wait time to see the assistant and doctor. I thought it was little too long

Every year, we have eye exam and glass wear purchased at Nationwide Vision. The experienced doctor is so nice and patient to answer any questions that we might have. The staff from front desk to doctor assistant to eye glasse wear measure staff here are courtesy and competent. They present professionalism. Leaving the appointment, we are satisfied with updated frame choice and clear glasses in a week ahead.

My experience here is similar to those who have visited in the past. I brought my mom in for her appointment at 7am. We arrived at 6:45 AM and checked in, only to notice that there were already over 20 people waiting in their office. I checked the sign-in sheet and saw that they had over five people scheduled for each 15 minute block. They have very few doctors and over book appointments causing extremely long waits. We waited for over 3 hours till my mother was called back to be seen for an appointment that she had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. My mother had been fasting since 7pm the night before with no food or liquids, including water. When asked how much longer the wait would be the front desk simply said “well call you when it’s your turn”. I suggest steering clear of this place unless you’re ok with a very long wait and seemingly uncaring staff.

Although the staff is kind. This is the second time we have been here and the wait time is outrageous. Last time it was 3 hours. We are pushing that now. Extremely disrespectful to the patient and family

Been there four times so far. Office wait-times are average. The docs are great. The tech staff is great.

This was an awful experience. I get there about 20 mins early to fill out paperwork, my apt was at 9:10, they finally call me back around 9:40. They do a small eye test at first, they leave me alone at around 10, I do not see the doctor until 10:40. They says “thanks for waiting” as if it’s a choice, I made it clear this visit was for contacts, they do write me a new prescription and tell me they do not have samples available and ask me if I want to order. Why would I order contacts that I have never tried?? So I got there at 8:50, left at around 11. They do not have cell service, wifi, or any magazines. I played doodle jump for about 2 hours. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money, and I wish I brought a book.

STAFF: Please keep in mind patients deserve better treatment. A female staff member was unnecessarily rude and dismissive to my mother, a patient here. She did not appreciate her harsh tone and unwelcoming behavior. Additionally, she witnessed the same staff member demean another senior citizen that day for not completing the intake as fast as she wanted. Perhaps the man couldn’t see very well as is the purpose of being treated here—to help people with their vision problems. Overall, the doctors are very professional, kind, courteous, and patient-friendly; and it should be noted in fairness. Dr. ZImmerman, thank you for everything. Staff, please keep the foregoing in mind for a better experience at your facility.

Both my parents had cataract surgeries by Dr Zimmerman. He did a wonderful job! He is a good doctor. We are very thankful to him.

Dr. Yanik is amazing! I have been seeing him for years and he truly cares for the well-being of his patients and the quality of care and respect he has for all his patients are amazing!
