We've been coming to this place since 2015 for eye glasses 👓🕶 and have had minor issues. They do a great job at reminding clients of appointments and update referrals. Good customer service on phone and at the office. Check with your insurance company to see if you qualify at this office since they don't take just any insurance for eye glass 🕶👓 prescription. Parking 🅿️ is an issue since it's very limited so you might have to park at the Safeway parking 🅿️ lot.

From the appointment making process on, this Nationwide Vision Site has been friendly, courteous, and professional. The associate who helped me choose my frames was patient and offered a lot of assistance and advice. I have to say that the pair of glasses I purchased are the best I've had in a long time. The doctor listened to my concerns and made my progressive lenses stronger at the bottom. I finally have a pair of glasses I don't have to take off in order to read fine print. I also ordered the transitions. They are wonderful! They change to sunglasses quickly and look great! I'm really pleased with my experience at this Nationwide Vision Center.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was a bit skeptical on the final eye exam result, even told Dr that something was off, difficulty seeing chart with my glasses on. Went elsewhere to make for another exam and Nationwide was off by quite a bit. First time that has happened to me with Nationwide.

Love nationwide vision and all the staff my family has been going here for years they have helped me raise my kids in the “eyes” of optometry. I’ll never go anywhere as long as I can control it

The staff was extremely professional and they have an awesome selection of frames we have been using the services from nationwide vision for 6 years!

They don’t answer the phone. I lest 4 messages and they didn’t call me back. Me glasses are taking for ever, I went there and I got no interest from them to help.

Great experience with the staff. They are very thorough and knowledgeable and treat me well, not as just another patient to rush through. I also appreciate the care given by Dr. Mary Fisher. My negative is that this practice charges $52 for a copy of my eye prescription. That is my medical record and I believe I should have access to it at a far more minimal cost (if any) as all that has to be done is to print is out from my file.

This was easily the WORST experience I have had at any eye doctor or medical clinic. I work in the medical field and I am disgusted with the treatment we got from walking in the door until exiting. The front staff was rude and unprofessional, gossiping behind the counter and not acknowledging us after they cancelled our appointment with no call that we waited a month and a half. I understand their system was down however the way they approached it was not professional. They were able to squeeze us in to be seen however the techs were also rude and dismissive of concerns we had related to eye conditions. The doctor gave us no guidance other than “continue using readers” when my mom hasn’t been able to see clearly for months using these “readers” which is why we tried to get her in. They did proceed to dilate eyes however did not provide any protection for the eyes upon leaving the clinic. We chose this place as they are known and had high reviews however we absolutely will not be returning. As a medical professional I would not recommend this to anyone looking for quality care and friendliness. I never leave reviews and am not Karen but I am beyond baffled how poorly we were treated at this facility.

Slow service. My appointment was at 3 pm & Dr Rimpi didn’t see me until 4:30 pm. By far the slowest eye exam in the west valley. I asked for a Rx for my dry allergy eyes and the Dr refused; said to try over the counter medicines first then come back in 3 months if not better. Gee, thanks for nothing. You don’t have to live with this eye discomfort; I do. I will be seeking eye care elsewhere. I do not recommend.

Everyone one of their staff was professional and helpful! They explained all tests/charges etc. thoroughly. No waiting in the waiting room, and the exam was streamlined and comfortable too. Dr. Mullen was personable and reassuring to talk with. By far, my favorite vision office I’ve ever been to!

We’ve been patients at West Valley Vision for a number of years. Both my son and I have seen different optometrists over the years. We’ve always received excellent and thorough treatment. It is very apparent that the entire staff cares very much about each person and seems truly invested in providing top notch care. My son has really bad vision and i am always impressed at how much time is taken with him to get his prescription just right. Each optometrist we’ve seen has been so kind and easy to work with. We’ve both said how nice everyone is. We see no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you for always providing the best care!
