Since I am coming up on one of my final visits to this location, I guess it's time to leave my opinion on their services... Honestly, I love the consistency in their customer service. Never the same Doctor or eye glass consultant or even contact lens consultant but always the same positive experience. Every visit, I learned something new about the equipment they use, my eyes, or how everyday task play a role in how my vision changes. I will miss having the consistency and comfort I have coming here.

Losing my eye sight over here I paid over 100+ dollars. Dr Chen office needs to reach out to my pharmacy and I have to go back to Dr Chen for another 100+ because dr chen said its not accurate cause i dont have my prescription because his office fails to reach out to my pharmacy therefore my eye pressure is high and I continue to have to go back. Will be looking for another dr. That can at least do min of letting my pharmacy know I need a refill. Why can't I have a continuous refill? Probably cause I need continue to pay every month

Great experience. Very little wait. Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. You do not feel like a number and his charges are very reasonable. Also, a receptionist always answers the phone and she is very nice. Every doctor's office should be like this.

Dr Chen is very knowledgeable and puts the needs of his patients first. I avoided the bigger “mills” in town in favor of Dr Chen and his office’s more personal 1:1 care and was not disappointed. I always feel like my questions are answered and I’m never rushed through my appointments. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly. Dr Hwang was professional and answered all my question. he was 1 of 4 doctors I consulted with due to my interstate move. he was the only honest surgeon of all 4 who provided the most economical solution, minimally necessary to get the job done!

I would like to place this eye clinic in a very comfortable and friendly place. The people in the reception area are very helpful with genuine smiles and showed they really want to help you. The nurses or technicians, and doctors were very interested in treating my eye procedures and problems. They did not give you an impression that they treat you like just a customers. I was able to see their interest in helping with any of my eye concerns. This feeling of caring is really important. They showed "caring."

I found the entire experience pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On a low, fixed income, I was concerned about co-pays and out of pocket costs, but the staff managed to arrange a coupon for one of the required medications and allowed me to schedule the surgery. I am really impressed by, and grateful to the staff and their kind and helpful ambiance. I highly recommend these folks for all your eyesight needs.

Went in to get our eyes checked and get our glasses. Had to wait a horrible amount of time even though our appointment was at 4:45, we didn’t leave there until almost 7pm. I didn’t get to get my eyes done because the computer nuked my record between the time I was in the room with the girl and when we were supposed to see the doctor. They set me up for the next day at a different location to get my eyes done. Then I had to go back to the original location to pick out the glasses because they second location didn’t carry them. Got a text a few days ago that the glasses were ready, go in and try them on, the prescription made me dizzy and was out of focus, my wife’s prescription was wrong also. The super nice lady said they would call us and figure out what to do, and it’s now been threes days and haven’t heard a thing. We have been more than patient with these people, we have smiled and laughed about the entire jacked up process, but I am starting to get upset. This customer service is completely unacceptable and at this point we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Horrible customer service by store Manager Michael Rich, insinuates I'm a liar and doesn't do anything to resolve issues, raises his voice, he says to me, after my second prescription came out wrong that he let me take the second pair home for my convenience.... What do I need with glasses I can't see out of??? So glasses made wrong twice, hassle getting the third pair into my hands. Horrible manager. Doctor old as dirt. Revolving employees. Horrible place. Never go there!! Never go to any nationwide!!

The process of getting prescription glasses couldn’t be any easier here. It’s a very clean office, and the employees are considerably helpful. The receptionist at the front desk is smoking hot she’s my favorite. She’s always just so sweet and makes me feel comfortable while I’m waiting, I think her name is Alma. Great office!! Great eye doctors!! I would highly recommend!!

Accidentally broke my glasses about a month or so ago, after having a bad experience with Visionworks, I figured I would try Walmart due to my Insurance offering certain incentives with them. They were able to get me in for an exam, almost immediately from me calling and speaking with a staff member. The Doctor was extremely nice and helpful. I have dealt with several staff members within the last couple of weeks for adjustments ( I work in an environment were my glasses can get knocked off my face), they have been extremely nice and helpful each and every time! My glasses from Visionworks until now, this time at Walmart, I can see 100% better. The one's from Vision works were 2 years old but had a lot of issues getting the "correct" prescription ( took 3 remakes and a 1 star review to get help/corrected). The model is similar to the ones I got at Walmart; However, Visionwork's refused each and every time to adjust, stating the glasses are non adjustable. Where I'm getting at is Walmart has earned my business due to the Doctor and staff being professional and giving me a better product than their competitors.
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
