The office staff and Dr. Blanco were great. First visit and was having issues with my prescription from earlier this year. They all listened to my history, issues and thoughts and helped get to a resolution. Not at all rushed and felt very personable and through.

Dr Jones is wonderful and thorough. Staff are pleasant and expedient. Thanks for always taking great care of me and my eyes!

I have been a patient here for a few years now, and they are great! Friendly, professional staff and the optometrists are very knowledgeable. They are also very accommodating with scheduling.

Fantastic experience from my first phone call to make an appt to picking up my glasses two weeks later. I think I waited maybe a minute at my appt. The ladies behind the desk were kind in their attention and speaking with clients on the phone. The young woman who did my initial testing was so friendly and thorough. She handed me off to Dr. Kneip who was also very personable and friendly. He was so knowledgeable and it is obvious he really cares about his patients. I was then walked over to Andy, who helped me pick out frames and walked me through the billing. When I picked up my glasses, Jessica ushered me into the pick-up suite and I was walking out within a few minutes. Wonderful team!!! I tell everyone about this office. We will always come to this office.

It was our first time here and we were treated so kindly like we had been going there for ever. They explained everything from process to prices and took good care of my son. We needed new glasses for the new school year and he broke his previous ones. They had a wide selection of glasses to choose from and offered different specs for lenses. My kiddo really dug the pair he chose and is excited to pick them up soon! I left their office with a big smile on my face! One of the most friendly and caring offices I have ever visited! Definitely would recommend! :)

I have been going to Neighborhood Vision Center for many years because they are friendly and professional. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Kneip is very skilled in his diagnostic work and always makes sure my prescription is accurate and is conscientious of my eye health. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great optometrist!

Been going here 3 times. Promptly got an appointment and was seen by Dr "P" who was great at sharing lots of valuable information. He made the visit very quick & smooth without feeling rushed. The ordering of contacts and adjustment of some old glasses I had brought in was done to my satisfaction. Side note: Ordering glasses is hard to swallow after lenses get left with number codes on them or the protective film moves and wrinkles. The scratches aren't fun to see after a while. So beware wherever you buy frames/lenses as you must inspect yourself from where they order your glasses from.

Dr. Wood is great, however the office staff is horrible. Every time I call, no one answers the phone. A generic text message is sent. They are slow to respond. I asked to have a form filled out for insurance purposes. I had to call and ask again before they did it. The appointments are over an hour long.

The staff and doctors are amazing!! They are very knowledgeable and provide discounts if you have no insurance. I'm super impressed with this eye office.

The staff here was phenomenal, I felt very comfortable. The nurse did most of the work and was great. The actual doctor on the other hand... He did basically nothing and he was kind of creepy and judgemental.

My care from Dr. Macki was great, however Tonya from billing is a nightmare to deal with. I called to inquire about a bill I received after talking to my insurance company to verify payment status and Tonya was aggressive and hostile from the very beginning. I could not ask my questions before she cut me off and treated me like I was a delinquent payer trying to avoid payment. She wouldn’t even let me talk! I had verification that insurance had paid and I wanted to make sure they had that in their system to verify any balance before making my payment. She was hostile and when I finally calmly but firmly told her I felt like she wasn’t listening to me and trying to help resolve anything when I was trying to pay my portion and verify it, rather she was being confrontational, she became completely silent and wasn’t talking at all. Once I was able to talk, it was shown that they did not have correct payment information after all. At the end of the call she was curt and hung up after a tight “Bye.” Sadly, I won’t be continuing my care here only because of their billing department hostility!
