Samara is one of the best workers she helped me fix my glasses and she the sweetest girl I have met.

My experience was thoughtless, unprofessional and inconsiderate! The lady with the low cut that sits at the desk and makes appts called her self training a new employee last week. Turns out she needs training also. I came twice in 1 week. My appt was book and insurance was verified before I came is what I was told. The 1st day I was lost which made me 15min late. I drove an hour but it didn't matter to them. I felt like I should've been told that in advance. I was turned away and rescheduled 3 day's later. Ok so I drive an hour again 3 days later only to be told upon arrival. They no longer take my insurance. I'm pissed because sheookewd like she took pleasure in telling me the bad news. She was very short anddbasically said oh well next! As if my time isn't valuable

Dr Petracca has been my optometrist for the past nine years. I've always been impressed by his knowledge, willingness and ability to answer my questions, and wonderful personality.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I purchased three pairs of glasses 2 for my wife and one for me. Instead of billing my vision insurance, they build my Blue Cross. I told them many times to bill my vision insurance. To my surprise one day I got a phone call from the office and they told me my account was going to collections again I told them to build my vision insurance company. I went to the location that day and tried to explain to the office manager and the doctor and nobody could see my point of view and they said I must pay the whole thing in full so I paid $1200 and to the life of me I can’t Understand why they couldn’t bill my vision insurance. Worst experience I’ve ever have and I would never recommend anyone going there. Horribe

My new vision insurance allowed this place, so I came based on reviews & proximity to home. I’m pleased by the thoroughness of the exam, on trend frames, and evening appointments. I wholeheartedly recommend coming here and I will continue to do so!

I’m glad I chose Lasik Vision Institute they made this process easy and quick... Everyone was friendly, informative, patient and prompt. Dr. Giles and team are the best in the OR! I was extremely nervous, but they made surgery so easy. Everything that took place while in OR was explained… Going into 2024 with 20/20 vision !!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND…

This place is great. Very family oriented. Lots of frames to choose from. They go above and beyond to get you in glasses that you can afford! Dr. Lange is very thorough and covers all the bases. He isn't in a big hurry to get out the door either. New up to date equipment in use also. Staff was super friendly and made you feel very comfortable.
