This one star goes for the receptionist Jessica who was very rude when she was checking me in and checking me out. She has no customer engagement and customer service skill. It was my first and the last visit. But the office and doctors were so nice and experience. I was thinking not to leave review but after how she threatens me at check out !!!!! No eye contact no direct contact to me!!!!!!I am so disappointed👎🏻👎🏻

They did not disclosed the return policy. I went 15 days after to return a pair of sunglasses I have bought, and had to settle with something I did not love. $400 waisted ... feel robbed and taken advantage of. 7 days is not enough to try a pair of sunglasses you dont use everyday.

Dr. Harris is very professional and very compassionate. He explains everything and answers all your concerns and questions.

This was my first time ever at an eye doctor. The doctors and front desk were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me, as I was somewhat nervous. They found the perfect frames for my face and I couldn’t be more grateful! Ingrid was so helpful in getting my frames set to my face and the front desk was so polite and made me feel at ease every step of the way!

The front desk staff, assistants in the clinic, and Dr Gottlieb were exceptional. Very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and patient.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was helped immediately. The exam was painless, stress free and comfortable. The doctor did not keep me waiting and I felt like I was making the right decision when it came time to pick out some frames and sunglasses. Lorena was knowledgeable and super friendly. I had a great time today at my eye appointment!

My mom did cataract surgery there and my aunt did eye lid surgery. They were very pleased with the results . Also, Known him and his staff since I was 14 yrs old . I came in with my family for a group appointment for eye checkup and prescription, and the whole process was smooth and ease. The optometrist was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable and well-informed about my eye health. The staff is very friendly and organized, and knowledgeable about eye exams, and gave us a detailed breakdown of the types of frames and for each option that are available for lenses. The store has a wide range of frame styles, from classic to contemporary, and the staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the perfect pair. I also appreciate the staff's patience while training my wife to get familiar and use contact lenses, as she was trying it for first time. In addition to the excellent service and frame selections, the turnaround time for my glasses was impressively fast. I was able to pick up my new glasses within 2 working days. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an eye exam and/or glasses.
