I m very Grateful Dr Lin , I m Happy to have her , as I chose: she is the Right Dr. I was looking for. She really Care for her patients , And always choose the Best solution to treat if any hard situation happened to her patients. like she makes Good effort to treat my eyes, actually It fall into complicated. I was so desperate before, but after I come to Dr Lin . I can tell .. Theres others better Solutions from The Dr that I completed Trust . Came here with my family for eye tests. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We did tests and then met with the Dr for final tests and to discuss results. Recommended in the Timonium area.

I brought my Dad here for a routine eye check up since he is diabetic. The clinic is really nice and clean, the wait was long but worth it at the end. The Dr explained to me, my dads diagnosis and treatment and his assistant, who is so sweet explained to my dad. My dad left happy knowing that he will preserve his vision as long as he keeps his appointments

These folks are the best. My whole family goes here for all of our eye care. The whole team is very professional. Dr Le is excellent and answers all of our questions. Laura is our favorite eyeglass fitter and fashion consultant. The office staff are efficient and friendly.

Dr Scott E Segal and his entire team where absolutely amazing. Why did I wait so long to do this. I have had several Glasses and Contact doctors tell me I was not a candidate so I was hesitant. One free consult later and I was sold. Tested 20/15 after the procedure. The entire process took less than 20 minutes and Dr Segal talks you through the entire thing while it is happening.

To begin with, I've been a patient with the office for the last 4 years. My experience as far as regarding patient assistance, help, and consultation was not that great. Especially, the receptionist was not very helpful for inquiries that I needed to get unless they have a perception that you will use their service and as a paying customer, they will not help you out.

This was my family’s first time at Optical Impressions and we had the best experience. I highly recommend. We will be a returning customer every year. All staff are professional and friendly. We received our glasses within the time period frame that was given.

Dr. Lind is very friendly and she helped me get a much more accurate prescription than the last doctor I saw. Frame selection was a little on the smaller size but still a good selection to choose from. I didn't end up purchasing frames but the ladies working the front desk were very accommodating in trying to help me find what I like in frames. I will definitely be staying with this office.

Good information shared by Dr…..just seemed very “rushed” - seemed to be behind in seeing patients with wait times

Love the University Eye Center I got an appointment as a new patient next day had a thorough exam was given every detail along the way explaning everything and was able to get my prescription filled before I left highly recommend them awesome great and friendly service
