I went in for an eye exam. It was the most fun & informative eye exam I ever had. Optometrist Dr. Diana Espaillat & her staff are caring and go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and informed. Highly Recommended!

Next time you add any type of eye drops to medication, cross reference for interactions, please! I was not told there are steroids in an antihistamine eyedrop, which you are only supposed to have 15 out of 30 days of the month, per immunologist and pharmacist. Nor can I have steroids! And no one asked! I apologize, but step up your game by getting older optometrists in there. I’m returning to my old one and taking my daughter. 3 concussions in 14 months! And changed my eye prescription!!! She got the same headaches as when concussed! Ughhh! What is wrong with health care not caring?? Oh $$$$ ------------------------------------/------------------------------------ Reimbursement of my appointment and any other charges! In addition, call my insurance and admit you are at fault; then I might consider speaking to a manager. Interactions on both eye drops! I was told to take a picture of the optometrist’s computer screen: get and use both. Some apps will alert you if there are any reactions and how severe. My Immunologist/Dermatologist is shocked! And honestly so am I! Just call the insurance so I can go to a REAL Profesional Optometrist. Reimburse the money back to the card charged. Sense that which I wasted on these eye drops is wasted and nearly had me in anaphylactic shock😢Dizzy, off balance so bad falling! Exacerbated seborrheic dermatitis! Swollen lymphatic system, throat and tongue after second visit. I prefer health and life preservation to deteriorating someone else’s health and life. Steroids in antihistamine! And never paid attention to my genetic disorder! I am waiting! Corporates number please and thank you! Reviews on all platforms will post since you “Rosarie” haven't updated me. BBB.. Dr Maybury is honest, helpful and full of useful information for my kid and I. All the staff we interacted with were kind and the wait was only 2 weeks which was faster than our previous optometrist. We'll continue using them.

This place is the BEST! From the front desk to Dr. Goerke they are friendly,kind and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Thao Tran is excellent. She is profesional courteous, and an expert in optometry. She took all her time to thoroughly explain the results of my eye exam. She also gave me lots of helpful information about Lasik, ortho-K, and contacts options. She is passionate about what she does. I highly recommend Dr. Tran.
