Dr. Lally is not only very knowledgeable, but very thorough in her exams. She always makes sure you understand any issues and pros/cons for treatment. She is honest and very nice!!

My evaluation was thorough. They answered all my questions. The consultation was very informative, and I so appreciate their honesty and transparency. I personally, was not a good candidate, but their professionalism and information was so incredibly helpful to guide me to the right decision. You don’t find that kind of integrity nowadays

Closed their office to dogs and never contacted me to continue my life long prescription. I drove down from the mountains specifically to see Dr. Hammond and paid him a higher price to specifically diagnose my dogs issue. Closed his office and never contacted me so I could have a continuous life long prescription. Have called numerous times to get my information and the office will not call me back. Left his customers high and dry.

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. The waiting room is nice and big and comfortable to be in. When you are called back to a room, you are informed of every step of the process. They all make sure you are aware of the next step of the process and if you have questions, they will answer or advise you that it is something you should discuss with the Doctor. I am so glad that my eye doctor referred me to Dr. Drumright for cataract management. He is an exceptional Physician. Very caring and informative of your cataract condition and explains everything you will/can experience pre and post op.

Dr. Goddard was incredibly kind and efficient for my appointment. Very happy to have found a new eye doctor so easily

My son is autistic and the staff was so amazing working with his issues and figuring out the help he needed with his prescription. My son is always anxious about medical appts; and he was calm, happy, and excited to work with Dr.Howell and our nurse, Kylie. There is a level of care given by this staff that just isn't found very often in the world anymore.

It was my first eye exam here at Lens Crafters in Macy’s and Dr. Chorbadjian made me feel at ease and she took time to listen and explained concerns I have regarding my eyes.

Too bad there isn't a zero star option. The most incredibly rude and unprofessional office I've been to in a long time. The first visit I waited for an hour and a half before being seen for a simple eye exam. Then they split what was supposed to be one visit into three. Next, they tried to charge me for something that was approved by my insurance. Very argumentative and not very intelligent. Will not be going there ever again. Waste of time.
