I visited here yesterday for an exam and to pick out new glasses and I'm so happy I chose this Lenscrafters location. For the eye exam I had Dr. Andersen and their team and everyone was very kind and professional and I really appreciate how I was treated. Then I went next door and I can't say enough good things about the salesperson Arlene. She listened to everything I was looking for and helped me find a pair of frames that make me feel beautiful and match my style the best. I will definitely come back here in the future for any other glasses needs I have.

I DO NOT recommend Exact Eyecare @ 5300 Hwy 18 W for eye care if you are looking for professional and timely eye care. On 3/26/2025 my son had his annual eye exam at which we decided to go with contacts for the first time. However, at his appointment we were informed that they were out of the trial pair of contacts. I was than told that the contacts should be coming in a few days and they would give me a call. I have not received a call to inform me that the contacts were ever restocked. I also have called numerous of times and left voicemails so that I would not be making blank trips to the office and I still have not received a call back from any of the voicemails that I have left. I called on 7/11/25 I was told to come in 7/16/25 @11:30am just for my son not to get his contacts. Called back and asked why did you tell me to have him come to the office if he would not be seen. I was told to have my son back in the office 7/17/25 and still no contacts! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any business!!!!

Dr. Joseph was great. Best optometry visit of all time. She explained everything very thoroughly.

Dr. Omar De La Cruz is excellent! Detailed and dedicated to his craft. Every time I get my eyes checked I leave reassured I have the best information about my eye health.

They Doctor and Assistants wee very friendly and Comfortline. I was very happy

This is the 2nd time I take my 83 y/o Mom to this doctor. Her appointment was at 1 PM. There was no parking in the Miami office building, which forced me to street park in a "resident only" area. I waited in my car for 3 and a 1/2 hours. We had the same experience at the Hialeah office, except they have a parking garage. This doctor's lack of compassion for his elderly patients is evident based on reviews I read going back to 2018. It is irresponsible and a huge lack of respect. They have an issue over- scheduling patients, and they just do not care. You cannot blame his staff because he is the BOSS. Please be warned if you decide to choose him. And if by chance you do not have this negative experience, you were lucky. Godspeed...

Not happy from the start with the Professionalism, Of the staff from receptionist down to the nurses in the surgery. The nurses in the surgery there was 2 of them that were being very snippy with each other and slightly arguing in front of the patients including myself. Which is completely unprofessional for nurses to be snippy or acting anyway in front of patients very uncomfortable with that explain this to the nurse and she stated she was the head nurse of surgery and she was the one that was being extremely snippy with this other nurse very very unprofessional very upset with the whole situation and the surgery ended up being canceled because she had to go talk to the doctor because she had to go talk to the doctor because I had sutures in my mouth and the searches were over a week and a 1/2 old and we're supposed to be coming out and she did not want to hear it and she did not want to do anything so she put a hard stop to it Very unhappy with the whole situation I believe the doctor is very good but Needs to check out some of his staff because some of them need to be reminded that we are the patients and we need to have the respect that they are supposed to be giving to us!

Just had cataract surgery and these people are amazing. Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly and Efficient. I am real nervous about anyone touching my eyes but they made it painless. The results amazing! Thank You Dr Scott Nelson and Staff

This was my first time here and the experience was all positive. I previously used the Wheaton location and have no complaints with them. That being said, the St. Charles location is easier for me to get to and also a lot less hectic than the Wheaton location, probably due to the smaller size of the St. Charles office. I have glaucoma and need to come in about every 4 months. I saw Dr. Si who specializes in glaucoma. I found her to be very friendly, competent and caring. I consider myself lucky to have access to such a great glaucoma specialist so close to my home.

I had the same OD for almost 18 yrs. Due to moving to Norman I needed to find a new doctor. I was very apprehensive about going to a new eye doctor. I am ver happy to say it was a great experience!! Dr. Bagg was very friendly and professional. He was also extremely thorough. The staff was friendly and helpful and the optician was fantastic!

I highly recommend Dr. Schwaderer. He is one of the best optometrists I have ever been to. He is very through and informative. The office has the latest technology combined with his years of experience has made me a devoted patient. If you want a solid eye exam from a highly regarded, very experienced optometrist then Dr. Schwaderer is exactly the one to see.
