Being new to the area I wanted to find a really great doctor who specialized in eye surgery. I found one in Dr. Emilio Justo! I had my lower lids done several years ago back east. Now I was interested in having my upper lids done. I first had a consultation with Dr. Justo. He was very professional and really listened to my concerns. His staff was amazing and I felt completely informed every step of the way! I would recommend Dr. Justo and wonderful staff to everyone! And the best part is that my eyes look completely natural, just the way I wanted! I am so pleased with the results!

My wife's Doctor recommended we see this eye Doctor ASAP. I was very hesitant at first when I saw all the negative comments. But I noticed all the negativity was towards rude and bad customer service from the receptionist/Assistants... My wife and I did not experience rude behavior from anyone. And the Doctor was very caring and explained the process in full detail. I couldn't be happier with the treatment my wife received. The surgery was a success and I am glad we came to this eye Clinic. So I gave it 5 stars.

I thank God for Georgia Eye Institute!
Best team of people ever! I was treated always with respect and concern. Dr. Manocha is by far the best Dr. I've visited in Savannah. Him and his team are truly kind and not puffed up. They are there for you not themselves. Dr. Manocha always takes his time with you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Praise be to God for you!

The appointments START at $2,500, be aware. Most of the people here are good with TBI patients and understanding, but a few bad apples need to go. The male doctor will ask you to draw a picture as part of testing, and then CRITICIZE your drawing and point out how it's "wrong"!!!
There's also a black lady secretary who's horrible and bullies patients.
After paying a small fortune of 2.5k, plus hotel and airfare, the doctor claimed he would follow up via phone in 6 weeks. Did he? No, they completely forgot about their patient after they got the money. The glasses were just OK, they definitely retrigger symptoms which can mean going through literal hell, and they offer zero support after you walk out the door.
You can make better gains with other therapies, don't be fooled by the image this place projects and all the "academic research." Doesn't mean anything if you don't do what you say you'll do and act polite. Seriously, criticizing TBI patients' drawing skills???? 👎
Obviously using a privacy account so don't even try the "this person never came to our clinic" line. All of this happened.

Every aspect of my first visit was more than I expected. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional. The office is first class. The wait time was negligible, the testing equipment is state-of-the-art and the individual (Tina) is competent, thorough and pleasant. The icing on the cake was Dr Ambrose who explained every aspect of the exam, was easy to work with, made me feel very confident that I was receiving the best care possible. The assistance received when choosing new frames and glasses was above anything I expected. Paying my bill and scheduling suggested follow-up’s was easy and efficient. I left the office with a smile on my face knowing coming here was the right decision Thank you all.

This place is problematic! Very low quality care and lack of professionalism. I decided to give them another try but still left disappointed. First of they are not welcoming. They give preferential treatment based on what they think you can afford— you can hear them gossip about patrons judging them on choices. It is a pretty small office space so you can hear. Second the eye exam itself is an unprofessional experience where you have technicians/receptionist do portions of the test while they are managing the front desk. Leaving in and out of different rooms while you are sitting in a hallway like exam room. The doctor comes in and rushes through the exam not asking you questions just rushing to go to the next patron. The equipment is not sanitized in between sessions because they are trying to do too much. Even the screens you are looking through to get your prescription have grime and smudge build up that makes the whole exam a joke. You can tell there is a lot of guesswork. The icing on the cake is when they claimed they are not able to read prescription glasses accurately because “it depends”. It should be a simple reading but they didn’t have someone that knew how to operate the machine and gave me a whole new prescription that was different than what the doctor claimed. So you are leaving their office confused, a sub par care that is rushed and guesswork prescription that they claim shouldn’t matter. What they do really well is disguise the low quality care with modern office entrance space and try to sell you expensive products.

Recently I visited this office for an eye exam and glasses. I’d visited here before with a family member so I thought I would give them a try. My previous experience with another company was great, I felt that because my family member liked them I would give them a chance. Total disappointment here, first while there i witnessed others having issues with their appointment times to be honest mine was about 30 mins late. I understood that they were using remote providers, so in a way it was excusable to a degree. After seeing the provider I then came out front, and met with my technician/sales rep because that’s all they are. I then went over my available allowance (insurance) and we viewed some frames. Now at this point we sit down to discuss lenses, but at this time there were items that were not discussed ie transition lenses etc.Today I picked up my glasses and that’s exactly what they are glasses. I can’t use them for work and that was the primary reason I went there. Now they’re saying it would cost another $200 roughly to get reading glasses added which is what I went there for. So please if you have a place you’re getting good care in stay there!!!!!!!!!
