The staff was so friendly and overall amazing! They helped me through every part of the process, from answering questions, to explaining the surgery in terms I can understand. It felt great waking up after the first day without needing to worry where my glasses were. I am definitely going to recommend them to friends in the future!

They are so nice, 2nd time there. Very good!! Update: Broke a lens on my old prescription glasses so I thought since I'm here I'll get them here. This is where problems started. My new glasses came in but were bifocals not progressives like I ordered so they went back and I went home. A week later the latest set came back and they were progressives this time. As I walked out of office to elevator and turned my head I got dizzy as the lenses are ground in the center only, not to the edges, at home, I tripped on a step down to my backyard. Today we were supposed to get this straightened out but I was told my vision was 20/20 and that I was good to go. Because they made a mistake on the first pair they didn't want to pick up the tab for the third and correct the grind. $560 out of my pocket as my insurance doesn't cover glasses. I hate to say that but I did not make the mistake, it's a mistake and that's OK but I'm not paying for their mistake. I really like the office staff, let's see what happens.

Dr Wellensiek made my appointment comfortable and informative. I hadn’t been to an optometrist in years and she walked me through the new equipment and process and had me clear about the health of my eyes. I was able to get a new pair of glasses and Lance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made sure my glasses were properly fit and working well for me. My daughter also had a great experience getting her first set of glasses and Lance helped her pick out a great pair.

Had an excellent experience with this place. The eye care staff were super nice, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Lau was awesome. Not only gave me a thorough examination but also explained every step and gave lots of options. I felt very comfortable and safe. They have a great selection of glasses and contacts, I ended up picking up new pairs of both. I would highly recommend this business, to anyone looking for professional eye care and not some in and out sales mill like some of the chain stores. Desert Vision actually cares about their patients and does exactly what they say they will. Excellent value and my speed of service was excellent.

Consistently have to wait at least half an hour before your scheduled appointment to be seen. This office always over books appointments and the waiting room is frequently full. The staff is very friendly, but the wait is killer. Do not make any others plans because you will be in the office for over an hour.

I had cataracts with severe lack of sight. They were fast growing and debilitating. My surgery was well planned out only took a couple of hours from my checking in to my leaving. Dr T Shah did a fantastic job. The ability of being able to read again instantly was a great feeling. Dr Shah is personable and easy to talk to and understand. He explained the procedures and talked me through it. I would highly recommend him and this organization.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Sahu. My 2 yr old daughter needed surgery from an attack and I was informed that he's the best and would do the procedure the next morning. Successful procedure and now she's healing wonderfully. I'm so grateful for his attentiveness and reassurance. Other staff members attending to her were astounding as well. Definitely would recommend.

Accepted our walk in yesterday and after filling out paper work, they were able to quickly get my mother and myself in to see the optometrist. He was very fast and efficient with my exam, which is exactly what I wanted. With my mother, he calmly and politely addressed all the issues she was having with her current prescription, and I could tell he was taking the time to appropriately address her needs. The optometry staff were very kind and had some lovely conversations with me while I waited for the paper work to be finalized. The eye center ladies were just as kind and definitely took the time to help us with everything we needed. On top of everything I saved hundreds of dollars by going here, instead of my local optometrist who gave me a ridiculously high quote for a new pair. Thank you to everyone there who helped us yesterday morning!
