Totally awesome experience! I really like the personal touch you get when you visit Dr. Sim. I don’t feel like I’m put through an assembly line when I come here for my eye exam. Dr. Sim goes in-depth into the state of your eyes at all levels. Dr. Sim is so friendly, polite, patient, considerate, and truly professional. Dr. Sim is definitely the best optometrist I have ever met in my life. During the pandemic, I really appreciated them taking steps to maintain a low in-store capacity, ensuring everyone wears masks at all times, and wiping down optical equipment between each exam. Last of all, I couldn’t ask for a better glasses frame shopping experience. Ariadna is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process from selecting the right frame and optical lenses to the best pricing. Thank you so much Dr. Sim and Ariadna for your excellent service!! I will definitely be back and strongly recommend you guys to everyone!

I have been going to Dr Norman now for several years in getting an injection in my left eye, which, of course, at first was frightening, but it is done very quickly and without pain because of the preparation done in advance. I highly recommend Dr Norman For whatever your needs are for your retina issues.

Walked in first thing on a Monday, right after open at 10am without an appointment. Dr. Tran and his team were so amazing and wonderful. They got me into an exam room and were extremely caring, and thorough. Dr. Tran is fast paced, extremely smart, and articulate. I have a slight beef with the way big eyeglass conglomerate Luxottica treats their employees and Optometrists, and Dr. Tran explained to me in detail a Devil's Advocate argument for them, while also explaining his own view. In the end, he kept that preference in mind and subtly suggested a nice pair of Kate Spade frames for me. He even sent me home with a pair of trial contacts that he had in store and worked with my insurance to get the most out of what I could get for the best price. I have never been so happy with an eye exam in my life. Dr. Tran is the best doctor. He made me feel listened to, his passion and intelligence really come through when you're sitting across from him and I don't think I'll ever go to another eye doctor ever again. If you need a pair of glasses, sunglasses, contacts, or anything eye related, make an appointment with Dr. Tran! I cannot speak highly enough about him!

Staff was very nice and associate who did the eye exam as well. No excuse for starting the exam more than 20' late even if I arrived earlier than my appoitment. In regards to the Mr Kenkel, I was a bit disappointed, specially as he asked that I did a secont puff test on one of my eyes: didn't take the time to return to his lab to review it, we did it quickly over his shoulder...no greetings as I left.

Dr. Lee has taken great care of me for 25+ years, and now my toddler is receiving amazing care from Dr. Mehrl as well! My questions/concerns are always addressed during appointments, and the entire staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Horrible service, horrible eye exam, so pricey don't recommend at all.

Went in to drop off glasses to get fixed and pick them back up later today. A staff member named Daniel jumped on fixing them so fast that I didn't have to drop them off and only made it back to work a few minutes late. All staff members are very prompt and courteous

Great staff. Dr. Patel and her assistants provide a very thorough exam. My best prescriptions, and best vision, have happened here.
