I was told they're all just residents here. Furthermore you need a referral which i got one but they said they dont do second opinions which was what I was looking fir. This place is totally useless at least fir ne it is. Its NOT a walk in clinic either which the ER told me it was. While I was freaking out in the lobby when they said I couldn't b seen and making calls of where im going next, the security gu5threw me out. Yeah, great place!! Zero stars if it was possible.

Great experience at this location, highly recommend. Michael Bakalor has been absolutely amazing. The knowledge this young man possesses about his craft is quite astonishing to say the least. I have been to many different “specialists” when it comes to lenses, but Michael deserves that title above and beyond.

Always a pleasure from beginning to end. Everyone is kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bethel. You'll never go anywhere else.

Some of the more negative reviews are a few years old, so here is my update from the last two weeks: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I have worn contacts and glasses for 20 years and this was the worst optometrist office I’ve been to. 1. It took several visits and phone calls to get a copy of right prescription, 2. they charged me for contacts that I asked to cancel several times because it was so irritating to my eyes 3. I waited almost an hour and half to see my optometrist 4. The front desk girls are nice, but not reliable. Do yourself a favor and use online services for $20 to get your prescriptions and just order off of Zenni or 1-800-contacts. I wish I did that in the first place.

Dr Tao was so so amazing! I was in urgent need of eye care. I had no idea who I was seeing as I live in another state I called them they were able to fit me in at the last minute. Her testing was extremely thorough and Dr Tao had previously worked at a dry eye clinic so knew all about it! Not to mention to me off the wrong medication I was given by a prior doctor! She was simply amazing!!!
