Dr Lane is rude

Super friendly and personable staff, Mariana and Dr.Lim are phenomenal and very patient and thorough. I came back this year for new glasses after 2 years and I was pleased to hear they remember my face. I was nervous about going for the first time without any insurance, but everything (vision exam, contact trial, buying lenses/frames) came out to a reasonable total which was then discounted due to my lack of insurance. Overall good staff, good prices, good selection of glasses; easily a 5 star place.

Ive been going here for the last 3 or 4 years, and I’ve always had a great experience getting my eye exams. Quick and easy, friendly staff, and good offices. Definitely recommend!

Dr Veronica was great, but optician and admin staff are incompetent. The optician kept on forgetting to apply charges to my visit so I ended up swiping my card 3-4 times. Even so, the charges are confusing, I don’t trust what he charged me so I contacted someone to review with me. Mind you, their email never works, and phones are unanswered. I think I need to go there in person to get helped. I was desperate in finding a vision place near work but never again. Stay away as one review indicated.

In October 2019 I had cataract removal surgery on both of my eyes. The first surgery was October 2 and the second October 16. Both surgeries were performed b Dr. Seth W. Meskin. Before a procedure like this is done you have tests and appointments with Dr Meskin to explain what needs to be done and how he will help you get the best vision you can. He takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns and answers so you understand. This relieved some of my anxiety about surgery. Allowed me to get to know the doctor a little bit. After having the surgeries, I find Dr Meskin to be a very good doctor who accomplished what he said he would do. My eyesight is amazing now. I do have to say each doctor, nurse and employee who works at Eye Physicians & Surgeons and The Surgical Center has always been outstanding and continues to do so.

So rude employees like Mirzaee. She always talked to me impolite. And Kerendian didn’t complete my surgery. So awful business. Never visit them. I left them forever.

I've been going to Dr. Mishler for a few years now, and every visit is thorough and professional. Dr. Mishler and her staff take the time to talk to you through any concerns, and you can tell she cares for her patients' eye health. I've never had any issues getting my glasses in a timely manner, and I feel very welcome when I go for a visit.
