I’ve been treated by Dr Joson for many years to manage my glaucoma. I had some challenges but Dr Joson was able to solve the problems and achieve the desired result. It’s always a pleasant interaction. Professional, competent, and personable. I don’t feel rushed or like just a number on a chart. I feel very confident recommending this office to anyone in need of specialized eye care.

I scheduled an appointment and completed all the necessary paperwork. The day before said appointment, I received a reminder indicating a $50 cancellation fee if I canceled within 24 hours. However, on the morning of my appointment, I was informed that it was canceled with less than 4 hours' notice, and the earliest available reschedule date was over a week away. This experience left a less than favorable impression, especially as a new patient. While I understand the importance of managing appointments, it's disheartening to encounter such a short notice cancellation and a lengthy delay for a new appointment. Their cancellation policy appears to be a one-sided policy where patients face a $50 penalty for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, while the doctor is exempt from any consequences for their last-minute cancellations. Introducing a more equitable compensation or penalty system for instances when the doctor cancels on the patient at the last minute would significantly improve the overall patient experience. As it stands, I'm exploring other optometry options for my needs.

My experience at the Eye Institute was great. The personnel were pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt in attending to my needs, informing me of the routine and processing me for the procedure. My Doctor and Anthesialigist were excellent in explaining what would take place during the procedure and their answers put me at ease. I am definitely grateful for their skill and knowledge in their field. I consider the results a great success and would recommend the Eye Institute to anyone needing lens replacement.

I got a piece of rust in my eye while working under a truck on a Sunday. They were the only one's open and I figured it was better to go to an actual eye Dr. than to the ER. It was a scary experience because I have an eye thing from watching too many sci-fi movies anyhow, but Melanie was able to successfully remove the foreign object, get me bandaged up with a special contact and a few weeks later I was all healed and good to go again. I'm terrified of petite women in lab-coats now and I certainly don't recommend foreign objects in your eye, but if you find yourself in such a unique pickle, well this is the place to go to get it all sorted out. I would be hard pressed to trust my eyes to anyone else after my overall experience with them.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and Dr. Taban explained everything that needed to be addressed in easy to understand terms.

Great practice with skilled doctors and on site staff. They are very patient with your needs and have a great selection of frames and eyewear. I myself am a very difficult patient because I am very sensitive to lights, but they worked with me During my exam the tech who examined me was very helpful with calming me to get the pictures needed and exams done. Ask for Neudy, he is the best and truly made this experience very comfortable!

I have been seeing Dr Berbos for over 20 years for vision exams and to monitor macular degeneration. He is very congenial & compassionate. I have never had a problem with him or any of his staff in all my visits. In fact his staff once remade my glasses 3 times for free, when an obscure factor in the Rx was causing me to get dizzy from the glasses. They persisted til they solved it. Highly recommend.

Very respectful customer service and techs. Very clean surroundings. Have been going there for a long time. My last visit with Dr Parker was excellent. He treats his patients with respect. Listens to the situation and then does his eye exams. He his very honest. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Parker and your staff.
