Dr. See is one of the best doctors I have ever experienced in my life. He's so kind, compassionate, and so good at his job. The rest of the staffs are absolutely marvelouz. (: They're so charming and do have a great customer service. Good for you, CA Retina Consultants, and for us, as well. All the best to y'all.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in on my scheduled time and no one told me that my insurance wouldn't pay for my appointment. Someone should've called me before I wasted my gas and was told that my insurance wouldn't pay for my appointment when I got there. So I thought I would try them again and I called to make an appointment and the girl that made my appointment over the phone gave me the wrong time. So they tod me I could wait to see if the other person scheduled would show up. So I left and went somewhere else. Just beware of thes incompetent people. Cusomer service is horrible!

Dr. Chan and his staff are the most caring and accommodating. I reached out through the website on a weekend evening and requested an emergency visit. The staff got back to me within 30 minutes and set up a visit early in the morning outside their normal working hours. That alone should show how much they care about their patients. Dr. Chan, wearing a smile all the time, greeted me as there was no one in the office. He's the kindest most caring and most patient doctor you could ask for. He reassuringly went through the symptoms with me and explained in layman's terms what might have happened and how he would narrow down the possibilities. All of this was interspersed by pleasant chats about our personal lives. The visit concluded with clear findings and a treatment that addressed my emergency. 100% recommended. I'll be a returning patient. Thank you Dr. Chan and staff!

This is my second eye appointment in .. well forever! My first was at another eye doctor in the area about a year ago and I felt like a cog in a piece of well oiled machinery. NOT at Stonebridge! They were personable and listened to each and every one of my concerns and questions.

After being a customer for 18 years my family and I will never go back. Never had a problem with glasses until last pair, when I did I was mistreated and in the end have a useless pair of glasses.I found out today that the glare resistant coating that I paid for was not even on them. I was also not refunded money owed because after returning glasses several times I had to take a pair of glasses without progressive lens. The receptionist Maritza does not give Dr. messages and talks down to you with bitter contempt. I have only given several reviews in my life,and all were positive ones. My 1st bad review.Go where you are treated with respect and Maritza can go s..t in her hat ......

Dr Skay is the best!

Dr. Koza is a fantastic eye doctor. He has always been patient with my boys, even when they were very small getting their first eye exams, and they just love him. He's always professional and takes time to explain things and answer questions if we have them. The office is clean and organized, and the office staff is friendly as well.

The entire staff was very professional, they provided excellent customer service from the front to the back office.

I am only giving a one star review because of the receptionist. Dr. D IS AMAZING, I've never had a bad experience with him. Today, not only did his receptionist hang up on me, she also asked if I would like to "take this outside" meaning … More
