Quick, easy and as always a friendly and welcoming experience . Everyone is easy to talk to and I didn’t feel awkward or scared to ask questions even . The seclusion was also really good I found myself struggling to pick just one pair of glasses . Overall a great experience and definitely coming back

Had a “normal” eye exam. The technician performed an exam and checked my glasses for my current prescription. I the followed him to another room where he said the doctor would see me and verify my exam. He came right back and said she saw the evaluation on her computer and everything looked fine. Next stop was the gentleman to sell me my new glasses. I asked what my prescription was. All to my surprise my vision better🧐. But he wanted to put me in bifocals. I then asked what my previous prescription was. He told me and it wasn’t correct.I even told him it wasn’t correct. I knew because I had my paperwork from last year. Needless to say I don’t trust this place.

Dr. Ngo is very thorough, attentive and a very understanding optometrist. I felt like she actually listened to me and my concerns. Probably the best eye care services I’ve ever received. I will be encouraging/sending my family members to her too.

They are very unprofessional. They have cancelled my father’s appointment a few times already without noticed. They did not call to cancel it. I am his daughter and I took off from work to take him to his appointment besides that you have to pay parking . I’m very dissatisfied with the service. They have not professionalism.

Outstanding experience! I called to see if I could get my son's eyeglasses fixed- not only was he able to fix them in less than 10 minutes for less than$20, but the wonderful customer service that you could only get from a smaller, family owned business was a refreshing change from the usual. I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone!

It was my first eye doctor visit in the States. Dr. David McPhillips and staff were very friendly. Hope this is my personal unlucky to get eye prescription 2 weeks later after the visit. Answering calls and messages is not a perfect strength of Primary EyeCare Associates. After my first visit to PCP I got a summary with explanation and recommendations. Nothing similar here. Got a plain eye prescription and nothing more.I remembered the doctor said that I need one more exam but it cannot be done the same day.And? Should I come again? No answer.

Workers were so sweet, welcoming & helpful. My eye exam for glasses was so fast & comfortable. My test results were sent within minutes before I had even decided on which frames(buy one get one free) to get. I can’t remember my workers name but she was so sweet & helped me pick out frames that matches my face type(oval). I’m so happy with my glasses and I am already recommending my family and friends to have a easy optometrist visit like I had. I will note that it is a bit expensive for the quality of frames. On the flip side, u get fast appointments, glasses are ready same day or next & the workers are so sweet.

My husband and I were going to eyetopia for 6-7 years until last year. Dr.Lily Kim is great. But the staff is very unprofessional for the past 2-3 years. They cancelled my appointments twice last year. Also, the staff don't help with customizing the size of rimless glasses (which they would do earlier). I was told that only manager does the customizations and was told to schedule an appointment with the manager. Very long wait for appointments as well as to receive the glasses. When there are good optometries with walk-ins available here in the Bay Area, I would definitely not go back to Eyetopia. Waste of time and energy!

Great office. They squeeze you in when they can even though they are always busy. Team is super nice been seeing Dr B for years now he did my cornea transplant. Yeah the wait times can take a while but remember he’s seeing so many other people and trying to improve their vision just like he is trying to do with yours. Let’s be patient people. Can’t recommend enough.
