I was desperate but fortunate enough to find out they had a last-minute cancellation and was able to be seen by Dr. Hernandez. T, the receptionist, is quite the conversationalist and super nice. I have not had a dr quite as thorough, caring, AND communicative. She was patient enough to answer my questions and explained some concerns about a condition I was experiencing. She took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. It was just such a great experience! I have a slight difference in opinion from others' reviews with the frame options, but I also didn't find attractive options from the other 4 stores I went to, either. I have to chalk it up to my being picky that day. 🙃

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - even getting us in for a last minute appointment and letting us know about a cancellation so we could get all our appointments taken care of in one day. And Dr. Morrison is great - knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. One of the best medical experiences we've had in the area.

Great customer service will use them again

The optometrists at target are extremely attentive and patient with my autistic daughter. I will continue to take her here even if insurance doesn’t cover it. Thank you.

I could not he more pleased with my eye surgery. Dr. Lapour and his staff took wonderful care of me. I had lens implants in both eyes and after 50 years I purchased my first pair of non prescription sun glasses. The surgery was surprisingly easy and painless. Thank You

Dr Carol was warm hearted, thorough and a great educator. I have some complex issues which she addressed in an empathetic manner. Definitely plan on seeing her again next year.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses here and they were at a good price range and the service here was great! The ladies that helped me with my prescription were very friendly and very patient with me as ive had the same prescription glasses for years and I was very hesitant in getting a different prescription but Im so happy that I came here. Im able to see much better and I would definitely recommend buying glasses here. Thank you so much!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bald doctor I had to deal with today was absolutely horrible. Every time my mother went to put her pin in on the machine he would he a button on his end and cancel our transaction. Other customers in the store saw this and began to tell us it was probably because of my sister’s marine shirt. I definitely suggest going anywhere else for optical. The worker was also extremely rude to an older man that was trying to get his glasses fit. If you can’t handle your store being busy then you shouldn’t be working in a Walmart.

Was a patient of Dr Vincent for several years. The Eye Institute took over the practice this year. I had my first appt a couple weeks ago, I was seen nearly an hour after my appointment time. The front end staff seemed indifferent to patients. The back end staff was pleasant and apologized for the delay. Since my appt. I continue to get text messages and voice mails telling me I am over due for my appt. There seems to be significant issues occurring with this location.
