We've been with Dr Bohra since 2004... Dedicated to her patients and very personable...Unfortunately she's going to be 19 this year so we were graduated and no longer eligible...

Dr. Joson is wonderful. I have been a long time patient and am so very fortunate to have Dr. Joson for my eye health. He always listens and does the best for his patients. I thank him for my excellent care & attention.

I bought 2 pairs of new glasses there a few months ago. It was my first time there. The optician was very helpful and efficient in finding frames I like and getting them ordered. My return to pick them up was a whole different experience. The store is small and there were many customers with only 2 tables to be fitted at and both were occupied. Rather than wait until one was free, the optician (not the one who fitted me) got my glasses and put my in a waiting chair and gave me a hand held mirror to see how they fit!! I have been wearing glasses for 50 years and never have I experienced this kind of indifference. Always, the optician sits you at a table, checks to see if the fit is right and if they feel comfortable, gives you instructions and on how to clean them which I had to ask about. The people at the reception desk are unfriendly and parking is a problem there. I doubt that I'll be back.

Dr.Johnson and her staff were most accommodating and welcoming at my recent first appointment. Dr. Johnson greeted me with a warm smile and showed a sincere interest in me and my health. My appointment turned out to be very helpful, and my visit to be lighthearted and most enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson!

I walked in to an old woman at the front desk. Asked how I get scheduled. She told me this place isn’t for you and you need to leave. I can’t imagine someone like that being your first line of contact. Disgusting.

This place was great! They had great deals and specials going on when I was buying my glasses plus I had a credit card with them so it was of even lower cost. I called many optical places for price differences for glasses and surprisingly Jcpenny actually came out cheaper. The manager was very nice as well. Great service 👍 …

I am so grateful I went here for my lasik - it was quick and easy and everyone was so helpful and attentive! I was seeing so much better even the day of my procedure!

Excellent doctor and service! Very little wait time! Most people who complains is because they don't have appointment. I will be very happy if doctor can see me without appointment, I don't mind to wait a little bit. Receptionist are very nice and polite. I will bring my whole family here.

i paid about $800 for glasses that i can't see through. everything is blurry...i see better with nothing. i haven't called them yet but tbh i don't think they will do anything about it..

Dr Wagner is great - takes his time and explains everything. I needed to see another eye specialist and the one he recommended is booking for May (it’s Nov now).
