I found Dr. Ku to be extremely rude and not willing to listen to patient. He was not clear on what my treatment plan is suppose to be. Very disappointing visit.

I'm gobsmacked at how bad this practice has become. I've left multiple voicemails with the nurse about medication for my son who has fluid behind his ears and cannot hear properly. This is affecting him at school. No one calls me back. No one responds to messages. I've had to resort to making a follow up appointment at another location 40 minutes away simply to get my son some antibiotics. They were also supposed to refer my son to another practice for a sleep study. Sure enough, I called that practice and they have no record of a referral. This was nearly two weeks ago that we met with Dr. Hulka. I would strongly advise you to find a different practice. UPDATE: Finally received a call back from this practice. They said they are submitting my referral now and will mark it urgent. They said to call back in 5 working days if I don't hear anything. That's what they said last time, so I'm prepared for the same rigamarole again. Also, they required my son, who is 15, to set up his own mychart account. We did that whole process because supposedly the doctor would communicate with my son directly. I've had my son check his account every day for a week and no messages there and I am not allowed to submit messages on behalf of my son through mychart. I cannot imagine how they could make this any more difficult than they already have. To say there's room for improvement here is as generous as I can be.

I visited Harvard Square Eye care for a long overdue eye exam. From my initial call to book the appointment, to online check-in, to the exam itself, everyone and everything was handled with a friendly professionalism that many businesses couldn't touch. The optometrist I saw took the time to explain all the procedures and the results in a clear and relevant manner. I'd highly recommend Harvard Square Eye Care to anyone concerned with maintaining good eye health. Bravo to the entire team at Harvard Square Eye Care for making patients their number one priority.

I've been bringing my disabled daughter to them for most of her life & she's also had eye Surgery. They have been very good at using unconventional ways to check her eyesight. We usually go the the Seattle location but my daughter needed to be seen urgently so we went to the Bellevue location.

Dr. Jacob is very professional, Knowledgeable, and patient. He takes his time and makes sure you are Comfortable and answers all questions without rushing. The staff are very professional and nice. They follow up within a few days.

Everyone I dealt with from the moment I walked through the door to check in for my appointment, was friendly and looked happy to be there! Dr Goldberg was amazing and spent time answering all my questions. The lady who was helping me pick out my new frames was awesome, and I even got to see and say hello to Dr Cohen, as he and I were both singing along to the great music they were playing in the office! :) I'm a very happy and satisfied new patient. My daughter recently saw Dr Goldberg and raved about her to me, so I decided I need to go see her too. I'm so grateful I did!

This place is pretty amazing!! Broke my glasses while visiting the Chico area. Honestly I wasn’t holding much hope. The staff there was extremely helpful and successfully fixed my glasses in about a half hour. Very friendly, professional and large selection of frames and accessories. Highly recommend Stanton Optical for eyeglass needs.
