My daughter and I went here for our first time. It was beyond professional, clean and a variety of glasses to pick from. The doctor was very knowledgeable, honest and took her time to make sure I got what I needed. Even when finishing up and checking out, the young woman who helped, was so friendly. The price for everything was very reasonable. We will definitely be back!!

Just finished a phone call with the staff over at Weisman Optometrists, and their staff has fantastic phone etiquette when dealing with an upset costumer. Our insurance costumer service misinformed my wife and myself on what was covered and I called in yesterday guns blazing asking why they over charged us. Low and behold, they were not only correct on the price but offered to have us come back in and be fitted in a brand of contracts that were covered by our insurance. Other then that little hiccup (and wonderful recovery), outstanding service all around. Thank you again for calling me back and explaining in detail where the misinformation happened.

Eye doctor was good. The technician that helped me and setup I felt like I was ruining his day by showing up to my appointment. They walk you through the eyeglass showroom and try to browbeat you into buying frames if you come in for an eye exam. I don't buy anything from people that act like sleazy used salesman. Doesn't matter if it's glasses, tvs or cars

This is my go to spot! Not only do they have great inventory, but their service is top notch. They catered to my wants, and were very honest when I would ask questions. I felt they were looking out for my best interests. In particular, Kylie was a stellar worker. She was quick to tend to my needs and helped me understand the ins and outs of my insurance plan. I would highly recommend Lucid!

I was able to walk in and get a same day appointment with Dr. Pham. He was able to fit me for contacts that allow me to see clearly and fit perfectly. He listed to every question I had and responded accordingly instead of just trying to push me to buy one brand over another. I will definitely be back when it is time to purchase more contacts.

I love this vision works. I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem, for my annual this year there was a change in doctor and some staff and they were all absolutely amazing and kind. Dr. Anieka Ramgolam-Singh was very patient and explained everything in great detail.

Dr. Bindi is an amazingly talented, personable, and kind provider. I was extremely nervous but his staff was very kind and Dr. Bindi went out of his way to check on me before the procedure. He spoke to me during the procedure to explain what he was doing - which I greatly appreciated. Woke up to amazing vision (could read 20/20 line at my post op check up!) and even enjoyed watching World Cup matches sans glasses/contacts. Getting LASIK was such a great decision and especially under Dr. Bindi and his team’s care. Highly recommend! Dr. Bindi is the best!

Not only did they say they couldnt repair my glasses - they broke the other arm off and now I have two broken arms versus just one.
