Exceptional customer service and great prices! They are patient, friendly rather than pushy, and honest. Although they do not have an optometrist on-site, you can bring in your prescription and insurance for billing.

I was referred to Dr. Niswander for treatment of cataracts. As soon as I met Dr. Niswander and his staff, I felt I was in the best possible hands. My treatment options were thoroughly explained. I followed Dr. Niswander's recommendation and chose the multifocal lens implant. These lenses are amazing and I would personally recommend them if they are an option for you. These lenses represent an investment in your eyesight, but what could be more precious? I am just 24 hours post-op, and I am free from glasses. The procedure itself was pain free and the results are virtually immediate. Dr. Niswander is highly skilled and thorough and he is supported by an excellent staff.I give his office a five-star review without reservation.

Had a great experience here recently! I was due for new glasses, and heard good things about them. Didn’t have appointment; just walked in and met with optician Allison with no waiting. It’s a large beautiful office with plenty of room and displays. Front desk staff were nice and efficient with my insurance and prescription/information. Allison picked out several frame choices, was upfront about costs and options, and I narrowed it down from there. I felt valued as a customer and that Allison listened to my needs and concerns. She was very friendly! I look forward to getting my new glasses (with bonus clip on sunglasses) in a few weeks. I’ll leave follow up comments.

I had a rewarding experience at Dr. Cary Tseng and Associates. I felt valued as a patient and was treated with respect by Dr. Katy Wang and staff that took care of me. After the eye exam, Dr. Katy W. explained the condition of my eyes and made pertinent recommendations. Her expertise and professionalism is a big plus. Three words that describe my experience are Caring, Considerate and Accomplished.

Dr Hade and his staff came to my rescue after an unexpected traumatic eye injury. Dr Hade provided extraordinary care which resulted in me regaining my vision. He provided a calmness to me during this most stressful time. I cannot thank the doctor and staff enough for their care, kindness and utmost professionalism. I am recommending Dr Hade with enthusiasm!

First and foremost Dr. Patel is a leader in her field and is passionate about what she does. She took her time with me and explained everything thoroughly. Her staff is terrific and the office is beautiful. Having gone to other large ophthalmology practices in the past where it felt like a factory, I really appreciated the personalized service. More importantly, my appointment began right on time. In the large practice I used to go to, it was not unusual for me to wait 45 minutes before being seen. My time is valuable and it is obvious that Dr. Patel appreciates that. I would highly recommend this practice.
