Been going to Dr.Cepeda for 20+ years since I’ve been a child. He is great and definitely makes sure your eyes are good! Habla Español (Him and his whole team) Reception ladies are awesome as well. Turn around for contacts/glasses is like a week or two depends on what day of the week you go. In the heart of the East Side as well, good location, can get tacos or visit Target after.

I was squeezed in the same day for my annual appointment. Every technician with whom I met were exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wagner, per usual, was attentive and compassionate. I appreciate this practice.

Very friendly and knowledgeable eye care provider. I arrived early to fill out necessary paperwork and was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. Was taken into the exam room promptly. When it came time to choose my frames I was taken care of by a professional and knowledgeable young man named Tim. He made my experience such an easy one. First time using Clarkson Eye Care and I am very pleased! Would definitely recommend them for all your eye care needs!

My vision insurance recently changed and I needed to find a new Optometrist covered on my plan. A good friend recommended Dr Chiang. I have to say I was first skeptical about visiting an independent eye Dr at Costco, however Dr Christine Chiang soon made me a believer! Now I ask myself, why did I wait so long? She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and explained herself in terms I could understand regarding the health of my eyes. I ended up with multifocal contact lenses which have been fantastic. Now my whole family is a patient as well!

I have been going to Dr Falk for over a decade and credit her with saving my eyesight. She is very thorough, gentle and considerate. In my opinion, the best!

I made an 7pm appointment to see the optician for my daughter today, when I got to the store there were over 25 in the store, some sitting not 6 feet apart maybe 3 feet and some stand across the store, no covid restriction and more people still coming in.... waiting for 1 hour and half and still did not get to see the optician..if you want covid this is the spot to go... terrible service..there is no optician on site so what the owner do book everyone at once during covid...

They never answer the phone. They have their so called business hours on the voicemail, and when you call during business hours they never answer. Very unprofessional to be a doctors office. I will never bring my daughter back here.
