The entire visit was extremely pleasant. Everyone who spoke with me was very polite and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed even after trying on close to 30 different glasses. The testing equipment was all super clean and the doctor was more than willing to explain my prescription with me as well as answer questions about cataract surgery, and lasik questions. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family in the area. Keep up the Great service!

Let me start by thanking everyone for the nice accommodation given me. The receptionist at the front office was nice as well as the employee who pre tested my eyes. To my surprise, I was attended to by Dr. Bhakta herself. She was compassionate and very accommodating. I found a good optometrist. Highly recommended.

Second time this Dr has run late(in 3 months). He was two hours behind today! My 70yr father in law left without seeing his doctor. Don't wast your time. We unfortunately did.

I have been going to this optometrist for over 5 years. I had a medical emergency the evening before my appointment. I called in the morning to let them know that I was unable to go to the appointment. I was assessed a $35.00 fee for not giving them a 24 hour notice. This is the reasoning behind it.... "the majority reason why people miss their appointment is because of emergencies - we loose 102.00 for the slot, so we need to get something out of it" This is NEVER going to get paid and they've lost a long-time customer!!!!! TO BAD WE CAN'T GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!

Dr. N. Freeman 100% fixed my upper eyelid after another local plastic surgeon messed it up. God bless Dr. Freeman 💕 …

They are alway accommodating. I never had a problem with my lens .. the frames I’ve picked so far have been good… if they break or get damaged is due to me just grossing my glasses everywhere… they are very friendly… been coming here since they open. If I need my glasses same day , they gladly do it if they can , if not next day … love them .

Dr. Verma is a very kind and understanding Dr. They did a wonderful job taking care of my husband.

Easy!!!! Fast!!! I’m super busy work and just moved here. I just chose this place because it was in the mall but they didn’t disappoint. Brandon in front was kind helpful everything went smoothly I will bringing my family here for their vision needs as well!

I’m new to this location and I’m glad I made the switch. I’ve been using LensCrafters for the past 15 yrs at the Promenade Shops and got tired of driving so far since I live in Lansdale. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Testing is the usual procedure depending on your needs. Dr. Durkski is so nice!! He was down to earth and didn’t make me feel like a number. The frame gallery is very modern and open which makes it so non claustrophobic. I love the sleek look and it makes shopping for frames easier without having to look down into a glass case. Great design. Frames appear to have the same selection as other locations. As for having them in stock, I did not purchase any frames so I do not know their inventory. Location is simple since it’s in the English Village Shopping Center. Route 309 northbound side and across 309 Cinema southbound. Cleanliness is great. Overall I really enjoyed my visit!!

Brenda the Receptionist is one of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever met in the health industry in my entire life! Dr. Saragas please get rid of this dreadful person.
