In 2023 Waited almost 6 months for 2 pair of glasses and finally both ending in the garbage. Bad professionals, bad job both optometrists, the staff horrible costumer service, always confused , they had no idea why my lens didn’t come from the lab on time and when finally arrived I couldn’t used them at all . Then I had to spend more money in another optician because When I claimed, they didn’t want to accept their bad practices and I lost my money and time . Was a nightmare calling every week to this people to see what’s going on .

Don't go to this office. Poorly staffed, outdated and rude. They don't even answer the phone professionally.

I do not recommend Sam's Club Optical, Greensboro, NC. I spent over and hour at Sam's Club Optical Center, just to leave without the glasses that I was supposed to pick up. Sam's Optical Center has very limited fames to choose from. When I arrived to pick up my glasses, the right lens popped out at the corner. I was told, "sometimes the faultiness gets by us." They were to be sent back and I waited another week for them to return. When picking up the second time, it was difficult to adjust the fit and he would have to work on that and had me come back by. I shopped around in the store and returned to the optical center. Trying on the glasses again, the left lens popped out right into the Optical Center manager's hand. I went to check out and returned, and was told to pick another frame. No! There are limited frames to choose from and I did not care for another frame that they had. During the refund process, the cashier made errors that required waiting for someone to come override whatever she'd done. I do not recommend Sam's Club Optical.

My experience with Dr. Shiau was amazing. She explained everything clearly to me and also had a smile while working. She also have conversations with you. The staff is friendly and the wait time is not long. Awesome work Dr. Shiau and Staff

This is one of the doctor's offices that I truly don't mind going to. The reasons are simple. I rarely have to wait, everyone is friendly and courteous, any questions are answered in a way that a lay person can understand, and I have tremendous confidence in Dr. Mudgil ( who I think is a true treasure) and his staff. Kudos to Mudgil Eye Associates!

Dr Andersen did my surgery in January. I had great results. I also had my cataracts taken care of. The first surgery was necessary so I could have my cataract surgery. I am very happy with my results. I can see without having to reach for my glasses in the morning. I can see distances very well. I have glasses for reading. The office staff are very professional. The doctor is very professional and kind. I had something torn in the back of my eye. Can't remember the name of it.

Worst experience!, this doctor seems not to care about the patient. Save your time and money and avoid.

The visit was just ok, nothing really stood out that was great . The staff was polite and friendly. The young lady helping to assist with picking to glasses for my daughter was nice but in my opinion needs a little more coaching and training in that area. She didn't really seem confident and knowledgeable to helping us to pick glasses out. She was kind and helpful but maybe she can benefit from a more experience worker during the process.

While here I met two really nice employees, Steve and Whitney and they were awesome. Them being so friendly made the exam go by swiftly and smoothly to the point that I did not feel like it was an appointment. I would absolutely recommend a place like this, especially with people like Steve and Whitney, you need to come to this location. Also, their glasses selection is phenomenal and definitely worth the money. Lastly, if you're worried, critical, or suspicious of the virtual eyw exam, don't be. It honestly doesn't feel strange and the doctor was really nice. It really just felt like any other eye exam, plus the virtual could make it easier to gef access to doctors at a faster rate thus making it more accessible to people.
