In all my years of glasses, contacts, Lasix experience, Dr Le and her staff are one of the best! My entire family from the youngest (started at 5) to the oldest (90yrs old) has been to see Dr Le. We've always been treated w/ kindness and respect, even when the kids were being crazy and loud! The staff always explained every procedure, test, bill charge and pros vs. cons for glass or any extras. I would highly recommend Partners Pacific and Dr Le to anybody who needed an optometrist!

I've been buying my glasses here forever (20+ years), always with great service and mind blowing prices. I cannot imagine buying elsewhere. When I recently compared prices to the Eyeglass Center covered by my new insurance program, comparable glasses were 5 times the price offered at Lens 4 Less. John and his associates are friendly, top-flight professionals and they offer value like no one else. Simply the best.

Awesome from check in to check out! This is my 1st visit at this new facility which was clean: modern and bright. The staff I interacted with were experienced, friendly and caring. Dr Sherlock was great! He addressed my immediate reason for this visit and potentially any long-term concerns; he answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and I left feeling confident that my vision needs were well cared for.

Highly recommend Dr. Boyd. Service at her office is warm, efficient, and professional.

Very unprofessional I am a senior citizen and I walked in there too to have my eyes checked with a appointment that I had made over the phone. A young lady at the desk was arrogant and unprofessional. She had no patience. At the time she handed me a tablet to reassess my appointment. Well aware this is the age of technology. I'm aware that she could have had a little more patience for my situation that I was dealing with. This happened October 2nd.

Beat eye doctor in town. She has the most up to date equipment. Gives a thorough and comprehensive eye exam and explains everything well. She is very reassuring. She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgable. My whole family goes to her and will not go anywhere else.

Been a patient for a few years now and I love this office! Dr. Ebeling and the rest of the staff are the best!

The front desk office hung up on me after telling me rudely that they “only see patients with a referral” and they must have a note from the doctor. I attempted to explain that I am referred but I just don’t have the note at the moment, I will be happy to get it before my appointment. I also mentioned that it’s not an emergency. I am just advised by optometrist to establish routine assessments with retina specialist. If that’s how they communicate on the front desk, one is better of going somewhere else. Based on the other reviews (which I did not read before), it is clear that these providers are not served well by their front desk staff. What a shame.

Brought my son here for an eye exam; Dr. Wong is thorough & professional. She had some good suggestions for his eye redness/irritation. Glad to have a neighborhood optometrist!
