I WAS a patient once upon a time...... With covid affecting everyone's personal and business life I understood the guidelines in all fairness. But what I didn't agree with was how they were not letting their patient's (parent's) attend appointments with their children. Not all of us have the luxury of having someone watch their kid's. I asked if they would make an exception, considering they removed the mandate of mask coverings and cases were at the lowest or none. Wouldn't u think I'd be the one to worry about if I was in direct Contact with the optometrist? That honestly left a bad taste in my mouth..... let alone, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called to schedule an appointment without having my kid's with me, left a message...... ask me if they have called me? We're going on 2 weeks. Would anyone agree not to recommend this place? If they're parent's themselves..... I hope they understand how one feels being deprived of service bc they have children who can't accompany them.

I had a great experience. Dr Potter was wonderful and patiently listened to me and helped me understand everything. The eye exam was very thorough and again came with a lot of explanation. I'm really happy I went to Eye Designs!

Dr. Durrant is great! Friendly, fast, and explains things effectively. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Decided to see the new Dr. at Redwood Vision. She is AWESOME! It was also nice to see some familiar faces in the staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful.

My son and I have been seen at the Stein Center in Calabasas (Dr Velez, Dr Karlin). We were going all the way to Westwood's Stein Eye center before. The doctors at both centers are world-renowned and are the creme de la creme in Opthalmology. I feel fortunate to have them so close to my home now. They are simply the best!

This was my first visit to advanced eye center. Dr.Olivos corrected an over powered prescription from another facility. Now I can see more clearly than I have in years. Eva was very pleasant and helpful in picking out glasses. I would absolutely recommend this location and this doctor.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Abraham and his staff. My cataract surgery was very smooth. Dr. Abraham explained everything, was happy to answer any questions, and put me totally at ease. A day later, and I am already seeing so much better and feel great!! I've never posted a review before, but want to now. For anyone nervous about cataract or other eye problems, PLEASE see Dr. Abraham. Thank you Dr. and your team!!

Love the staff! Friendly, funny, and efficient. First doctor's appointment that was on time all year. Oddly enough, I would have been just fine if they were running behind. 😄 …
